We are in the midst of some major game changing. Many of us are being pushed to make some choices and feeling very compromised. 'Pushed' being the key word here. Things happening on a global level have people in an uproar. Here in our part of the world, there seems to be a lot of 'unfair' judgement being passed that has many people in angst. We must remember that everything that is taking place outside of us is also taking place inside of us. Remember: "As Above, So Below. As Within, So Without." Everything taking place outside of us is intended to make us look within and to review what is and isn't working in our lives now. 

We are really being encouraged to stay out of judgement at this time. Judgement will only lower our vibration. Through compassion we can remember that each and every life form on this planet serves a Higher Purpose for the Greater Good of All. Everything that is happening around us is intended to deliver us to the highest aspect of ourselves. We will find more and more that when something in our sacred space or energy field affects us in a negative way, we feel ill. It is in that moment that we can shift our consciousness and raise our vibration back up to a level that is supportive and energizing. As we navigate mindfully and through heart consciousness, we can snap back faster than before.

This time is about 'feeling' not 'thinking' as we move through the waves of energy that are transforming our physical being and activating dormant DNA. The Great Spirit is requiring that we use our innate abilities to navigate through the emotional waters that are flooding our realm at this time. Remember to use your free will. Be cautious with your thoughts, words and actions now, because they will become your reality in the blink of an eye. Simply stated: If not careful, you could very well have to eat your words, have your thoughts sabotage your creations or your actions backfire on you. Use 'Discipline, Discernment & Discretion' as tools for communicating and expressing yourself. Ask to communicate with the Higher Language which is of the heart. Energy is everything and everything is energy. Respect this resource and use it wisely. This is more important now than ever.

As we make important choices for ourselves in the coming months, let us use the gift of a higher perspective. Let us remember that 'It is what it is and it's always in Divine Order' as we refrain from judging or criticizing. The information I am getting indicates that there is some major upgrading up ahead. If you have done your own work and attended to yourself, you are most ready for these upgrades. If you have neglected yourself in any way, you will know it, without a doubt, and will have the chance to do some crash cleansing & clearing. Again, the Universal energies support us in every way as we move through the emotional tides of change.

The choices before you are all about you and your Truth. If you stand strong in your Truth as you make these choices, you will see miraculous creations. You will feel the shift in your own vibrational signature and frequency in your body, mind & spirit. You will feel it at a soul level and you will gain that 'knowing' that is your birthright. The 'knowing' will begin to override everything else and you will began to realize and recognize yourself as self-sufficient. While you may periodically require validation or confirmation from another source, ultimately YOU are the only one who knows your Truth and as you claim it, you take back your power. 

I am keeping my own writing short for this update as there is so much information I wish to share with you at this time that I feel is relevant. Do not allow yourself to become weighted down with the information. Just take what you resonate with and discard the rest.

These energies are proving to be very emotional and cleansing.  Where are you on your journey of self-discovery? For me, I am on the brink of another major piece of the puzzle. Have been receiving downloads since the New Moon Meditation on Saturday and they are really intense and being felt throughout my whole body. I am in a cleaning mode and cleaning like I haven't cleaned in years, if ever. It's as if there is a driving force that is pushing to clear out anything that is associated with old energy. I'm good with that, but boy, it really seems to be someone else actually doing the cleaning because I just can't cut it off. Time definitely seems to be of the essence.

Many are feeling very emotional, sad, drained, scattered, distracted, lethargic, and anxious. This is all in line with the energies raining down on us now. Oh yeah, and the solar flares have started up again, so this is amplifying the energies. Everything that is being felt now is there to raise you up and move you through your past. It's also intended to help you to clarify within yourself what you intend to bring into your new 'life'. Remember, we are in a time of re-creating ourselves. The old lower energies that are moving out are allowing us to be infused with the higher vibrational energies that are assisting us in our creations. Remember also, that it's a proven fact that the cells in your body react to everything that your mind says. Negativity brings down your immune system. Be very careful of your self talk during these low energy level periods and as we are being bombarded with the higher intense frequencies. Just allow that lower stuff to move out with the help of the higher frequencies.

Everyone knows that sound is my passion. I believe so deeply that the benefits of sound/vibration healing can awaken, enlighten, heal, re-calibrate, and restore vibrational resonance throughout the entire body-mind-spirit energy field. Sound/vibrational healing is something that at some level should be incorporated into your daily routine of body-mind-spirit strengthening & uplifting. Certain frequencies such as the Solfeggio frequencies playing in the background of whatever you are doing will enforce, enhance, and amplify the benefits of what you are doing such as yoga, breath work, meditation, tai chi, massage, sitting in nature or any of the many ways you may nurture your whole self. Sacred geometry is formed by vibration. As we work with sound to raise our vibration, thus restoring the vibrational resonance within our body-mind-spirit and entire energy field, we are returning to our original vibrational signature. The higher the vibration, the more energy we have and the less sleep we are likely to need,  as well as physical sustenance. The energies of the next few months are all about family at every level. As I tell many of my clients during sessions, "You are not your mother and you are not your father. You are YOU and it is time that you break out of that mold that is inhibiting you." If you are moving through family 'stuff', it is really intended to take you to the deepest level of your heart. The family issues surfacing now are healing those generations backwards and forwards. Just allow it to happen without attempting to identify with it.  Remember that things are not what they seem and certainly not what they appear to be through 3D vision. So, it's going to be an interesting next few months. The heaven's are setting up to facilitate some major changes in our lives. Our intimate relationships will be up front and center. This could include any close relationship we have in our life that is needing major transformation. We are definitely going to feel our buttons being pushed. Just be sure to remind yourself of the work you have done and the fact that this transformation is required in order for you to move more into your truth/purpose/passion/power. I continue to be given pieces of the puzzle that date back to 1988. With each piece, I have an AH HA moment. I feel that click and the knowing that the time is very near the moment of absolute and complete metamorphosis. There is a feeling of "This is what you have waited your whole life for!!"There is such an essence of excitement with this energy now. I guess some may actually feel more anxious than excited, however, it is a great time of change. We must remember that we volunteered to be here at this time to have this experience. As your perception shifts, the excitement replaces the anxiety and fear. It absolutely does get easier to view the journey with the higher vision.

So many things coming to light in the next few months, personally & collectively. It seems a lifetime ago just between December 2012 and now. Our vibration and frequency is completely different than it was just 6 months ago. We are seeing from a different and higher perspective. We are feeling and navigating with our heart, and sometimes not necessarily comfortable with it, but nevertheless, are utilizing this wonderful aspect of ourselves for journeying forward/upward. We are better able to hold the vibration of compassion knowing that it is easier and less demanding on our physical being than sympathy. Sympathy fills us with guilt and heart-wrenching sadness. Compassion respects the situation for the many journeys and the purpose of each and every life involved. It allows us to hold the energy of Love, Peace, Forgiveness, Gratitude, & Harmony for the change that is being facilitated by those involved. 

We are all here to be a part of this exciting time of evolutionary change. As we step back and detach personally from the situations that are unfolding before us, we can better determine our part in it. For most of us, we are here to hold the space and energy of Love, Peace, Forgiveness, Joy, Gratitude, Compassion & Harmony.

By remaining in the higher vibrations, the Body-Mind-Spirit is better able to release the older, stagnant energies and allow the infusion of the higher frequencies that are coming in. June was a particularly tough month for many. Yet here we are, stronger and more determined. Can you believe that we are already half way through 2013?? So much has happened and yet is actually just coming together so we can get a visual of what happened to us when we emerged from the wormhole facilitated by the trinity of eclipses. Now we get to tweak things with Jupiter, Neptune, Saturn and our Sun influencing the energies moving through us. We will be flipping, twirling and definitely moving to the beat of a different drum. Enjoy the dance. In fact, create your own dance and enjoy the movement!! Remember to stay in your heart and BREATHE!!

You are infinite and you can do, be or have anything your heart desires. It is all about alignment. My work is centered on bringing you into alignment with your soul at this time and everything I do facilitates that alignment. Your focus should be on this alignment as it allows everything to flow to you that is in your heart. Everything, no exceptions. Remember, though, to distinguish heart from mind. Although they work together quite efficiently, the heart is still the core of your being.
