So much happening on a global scale now. We are entering a 'wormhole' of 3 eclipses over the next 6 weeks with the Full Moon of April and the New & Full Moons of May. We are being bombarded by solar flares daily it seems, as well as having a unique alignment in Virgo right now. The energy is pulsating and very electric. It is a planned 'check out' point for many at this time if they so choose. We will be finding more of those who are anchored in the 3D reality of fear and all of it's sub-emotions, choosing to transition off of the physical plane due to the intensity of the shock of the 'truths' that are being revealed. There are those that are also serving as surrogates for the release of the old 3D energies as well.  It is their agreement and it is in honor of the cleansing that is taking place on the planet. Those of us that are empathetic to this energy will be feeling the emotions associated with transition even though it is not about us. These times will call for you to detach and tend to your self as you move through these waves of emotions. That is the ONLY way you will remain balanced during this time of re-calibration on the planet.
Lots of endings all around; however, let us not lose sight of the many opportunities and beginnings that accompany all endings. The mystery and magic reside in the unknown. Focus on right now and you will always be on purpose. Resist the temptation to revisit the past or travel into the future with 'what if?' By remaining in the NOW, you utilize your energy to it's fullest potential. If you are not staying focused in the NOW, you will find yourself exhausted and drained. 

While there is much sadness around the transitions, let us remember to remain in compassion for that is the way through these life-changing events. I just watched Dr. Steven Greer's documentary about 'Sirius the Movie' that premiered on April 22nd, Earth Day. This movie is about disclosure of the truth at so many levels that I am sure many will have to watch it multiple times in order to grasp everything that is being shared. I felt the quote at the end of the movie was worth sharing given all we are experiencing now and still to come:

"What we have come to learn is this: We are standing at the precipice of a New Age. There is power in the many but only when they are acting as one. That's when resonance happens. Whether joining together as responsible citizenry against the forces standing to divide us or joining consciousness to unite with the beings who are prepared to communicate with us. In order to succeed in this endeavor called life, we must come together as one." Sirius the Movie

My heart has been heavy most of this day as I feel the great shift these next several weeks will bring. This is not an anticipation. It is a knowing. As I focus on holding the energy and space I am aware of those around me that are moving through their 'dark night' and are simply not sure what to do next. My purpose at this time is to be the Light that others can experience to help them find their way in this evolutionary process. Regardless of what else I do, this is of major importance especially now. 

A good friend gave me a very timely channeled message tonight about myself. I was told that I reside as much in Spirit now as I do in this physical world. This resonates so strongly with me, and it validates for me the need I have had to sit in silence in holding the energy lately. I can feel myself floating and extending my essence outward. This happens as I focus on Infinite Love, Gratitude, Compassion, Peace, Harmony, Joy & Forgiveness. It is such a peaceful feeling of floating above the Earth realms. I find myself viewing from that perspective all that is occurring around me and I feel my energy enveloping the planet as in a huge hug. There is comfort in being able to comfort and share that sense of peace.

This message from the Team this week is very encouraging for all at this time:

"You are being asked to confront your fears having full knowledge that you already have within you everything required to overcome anything in your path without having to get physical with it. You are being guided to experience the unexplored aspects of your true self in order to embrace your Divine Essence."

It is no accident that we are on this big green & blue planet. The dominant colors of blue & green are significant to our vibration of love, healing and awareness. The planet herself is alive. Her heart beats just as ours does and she feels just as we do. She has sustained for billions of years through many transformations. We can learn so much from her by connecting to her. She is glad to assist us in our own transformation at this time. When you connect with her, she will assist in transcending the disconnectedness that you may periodically feel as these waves of energy move through. Make the effort to spend time with her and in nature to connect to this wonder-filled physical source of energy. She offers so much as a major part of the Unity Consciousness. It is her desire that we are here with her and that we move forward in Oneness as it is our true nature.

There is much more transformation to come. The energies that we are experiencing are catalyst for these epoch changes in our evolutionary cycle. Remember, it is neither good nor bad. It is what is it and it is always in Divine Order & Timing. Truth is the key and unique to each of us as we reclaim our power through our truth. As above, so below, as within, so without. Be sure to unplug to re-set/re-boot on a daily basis. It's absolutely necessary to nurture yourself each day. It's important to keep a positive attitude and resist being drawn into drama at all costs. Expect the unexpected. Allow yourself to receive the miracles that are being delivered up. 

You are infinite and you can do, be or have anything your heart desires. It is all about alignment. My work is centered on bringing you into alignment with your soul at this time and everything I do facilitates that alignment. Your focus should be on this alignment as it allows everything to flow to you that is in your heart. Everything, no exceptions. Remember, though, to distinguish heart from mind. Although they work together quite efficiently, the heart is still the core of your being.

This week got off to a very volatile start and the energy seems to continue building. We are feeling the eclipse energies that will take place with the next three moon phases. During this time, everything is amplified even more so than during a normal new or full moon. What is normal, these days?? Every moon seems to be amplified by certain astrological events and we will better be able to ride the waves if we have a heads-up on what's going on. 

There is much anxiety over the Boston Marathon event. Remember, these type of events are set in motion to raise the consciousness and compassion of the planet. During the time immediately following an event of this type, the whole world is in prayer together for those lost and injured. This is where we are required to be in this moment, as it serves as a catalyst for moving the whole planet forward/upward as a collective. As a reminder, the best way to honor those lost or injured in this event is to surround the experience with love, forgiveness, and compassion. Holding the energy in those vibrations will raise the vibration of everything surrounding the event which is choosing 5D rather than 3D reality. 

This is easier done for those of us that were not directly affected by this event, and yet as a unified consciousness, we are all directly affected. Those of us on the outer edges of the event are here to hold the space for those who actually lost loved ones or suffered injury. We may never know the 'truth' behind the event, so let us focus on shining our Light and lifting the world up at this time of grief and sorrow rather than feed and fuel the fear that it can create. The media focuses on publishing the most negative side of the story, but remember there is always, always Light in any given situation. The more the dark is focused on, the more dark will be seen.

Now more than ever, we are reminded that what we focus on is what we attract to us. There are global events taking place that are intended to eradicate the old paradigm. When we learn of these events, rather than fall into a panic of 'what if?' , let us know without a doubt that a new way of BEing is already in place. The same can be said for our individual lives right now. Rather than focus on what is falling away as truth is revealed, focus on the magic that already exists and is only a matter of your allowing it into your heart. 

Many are finding themselves in a place of depression now due to the whirlwind of changes that is occurring. We are feeling not only our own transformation/transmutation/transcendence, but that of all our relations as well as the planet. There is no thing on this planet that is not being affected by the evolutionary shift that is underway. This is why it is so very important to remain in that vibration of Infinite Love & Gratitude.  My mantra has become "Grace through Gratitude', as this is the way we journey forward through our heart consciousness.

With a week like this week, we are all feeling the challenge of the changes that are all around us in our physical bodies. There is much being downloaded into our systems now. We are being infused with higher frequencies that are flushing out old, stuck, & karmic energy. Some of this energy has been with us for lifetimes and as it is being flushed out, leaves us feeling weak and compromised. My Team continues to emphasize the importance of breath work, meditation, energy work, sound/vibrational healing, being in nature and nurturing the whole body-mind-spirit being. If you are not taking the time to do so, you are likely to find yourself totally out of balance and manifesting dis-ease at the physical level.

This is a very powerful session that moves you through your many incarnations to the beginning, where it all started: You as a Spiritual Light Being. Am really feeling the energies this evening. Seems like there is so much going on around me in this moment, it's like I am in multiple realities as I experience crazy swings in my mood and energy. It has been for a couple of days, but is amplified right now. Feeling a very strong connection to the planet as well as the animal and plant life right now. Seems synchronicity surrounding alchemy is extremely apparent, too. Everything I read has a mention of alchemy, and specifically, alchemy of the soul/spirit pertaining to our soul integration. 

It is normal right now to be experiencing back pain/discomfort as our kundalini energy is being activated in an intense way as well as the cosmic DNA alignment that is underway, all a part of the soul integration process. Do not push yourself or over do physical stuff at this time. This 'alignment' requires rest and nurturing of said area. If you overexert yourself, you will feel it more intensely in the back and may feel as though you have pulled something or thrown something out of whack. This is occurring as waves of energy necessary for the process ripple up and down the spine facilitating the activation that is taking place.

The Soul Integration Meditation on Saturday, March 30th, was an awesome event and will be a regular meditation as it is a catalyst facilitating the process of Soul Integration as we are experiencing it now. I will continue to offer private sound session also for this process that will be unique to the individual and focused towards their personal journey. These particular sessions and meditations are enhancing and amplifying the process and can assist in moving through the shifting energy currents that create extreme swings in energy and mood. 

The more you allow yourself to experience the sound meditations and sessions, the more balanced and calibrated you are going to feel. Many things such as yoga, breath work, walking and being in nature, salt baths, tai chi; are all excellent ways to work with this energy as well. Sound is so beneficial due to the fact that everything is vibration and frequency, including us. It is energy moving through energy. 

Sound has always been a passion of mine from a very early age. The sound sessions that I deliver now are unique each time to the individual and situation, and give me such heartfelt pleasure in being able to offer them. Sound is beneficial in the reduction of stress, pain, and anxiety. It helps achieve a state of deep relaxation, develop self-awareness and creativity. Sound healing is beneficial in achieving relaxation by removing one's inner restlessness and quieting ceaseless thinking. It can be used as a healing ritual to stop the mind from running away and enable thinking to become still so that one can achieve inner quietness, peace, and relaxation. It serves to return the body-mind & spirit to vibrational resonance, which is its natural state of being. It removes energy blocks, mends energy leaks, clears, aligns and re-calibrates the chakras and facilitates overall well being. Sound is an excellent way to clear the energy field and raise your  vibration. 

We have moved into a period that may warrant you giving yourself permission to accept and allow the changes that are coming in for you. If you are apprehensive about the changes you see around you, your ego will put up a 'caution' or 'alert' as resistance to the transformation and opportunities that are aligning to you at this time. It is as simple as stating to yourself, "I allow my transformation at this time and accept the infinite opportunities that are being presented to me now. I embrace change with heartfelt gratitude knowing it is in every way with grace and ease and for my Highest Good.' Or even more simply, "I accept & allow. I accept & allow. I accept & allow."

It has been a week of detoxing and clearing for me, especially since the Soul Integration Meditation on March 30th. Didn't click in with me until middle of last week that what I was experiencing was facilitated by that particular meditation and stargate. Have been experiencing some serious clearing in the 2nd and 5th chakras. Old stuff, ancestral stuff and residual 3D stuff. Extreme discomfort in the lower back penetrating through to the front navel area and inflamed throat issues have demanded that I nurture myself as I moved through this clearing and cleansing. (I have also been doing green smoothies for several weeks now which also serve to detox as I focus on getting healthier physically with lifestyle changes in my eating habits.)

As I have been going through this experience this last week, and in those moments of feeling really ready for it to be over, my guidance kept reminding me of how I could equate the level of discomfort/pain to the level of growth that was taking place. During this time I was reminded to do what I felt was necessary to ensure that no secondary complications surfaced. I did not talk about what was going on specifically as I did not want any energy given to it and was told by guidance that it could manifest into something on the 3D level if I focused on it in that manner.

My nurturing provided me the opportunity to surrender-release-allow and give myself permission to 'Let Go & Let God'. There were little hints from the Universe that showed me the emotions and attachments that were being cleared & cleansed. Some had been released to a certain degree at other times in my self-work and some were a bit of a surprise. Guidance showed me that these were ancestral imprints and attachments. 

I was also reminded how much stronger in many ways I would be once this passed and that I would not only feel the shift, it would be so obvious that I could recognize it energetically especially in those areas affected. We all know that after a few days of any discomfort, we are ready for it to be over and done with, and I am no exception. I have put things off and gotten extra rest  and truly listened to my guidance and my body, and at the same time feeling frustrated that I didn't feel like doing the things that I felt needed to be done. Guidance was quick to remind me that no one knew my body energetically like I did. In being reminded to not focus on it, other than nurturing it, I was also reminded that not talking about it or sharing it with others also assisted the process rather than prolong it. We are in times of instant manifestation, and if we go into fear mode about what we are experiencing, we sink back into the old 3D paradigm and perspective. If we focus on it in that perspective, we prolong the process.

We can feel when we shift back into the old 3D paradigm & perspective now. You literally blink your eyes and know energetically that something is different. You may feel nausea, dizziness, nervousness, or any other form of discombobulation that accompanies this shift. If you are more in the 3D paradigm than the 5D paradigm, you will find yourself agitated, frustrated, irritated, confused, and lacking clarity in your daily journeys. This is a sign that you have some old, blocked, &/or stuck emotions in the 2nd chakra specifically that requires attention and possibly assistance in transmuting it. 


Some interesting information about  the 2nd Chakra:

The 2nd Chakra – The Sacral Chakra – SvadhisthanaThe Sacral Chakra is in the sacral plexus area located in the lower abdominal. This chakra is associated with the element water and it represents desire, pleasure, sexuality and procreation. As we move up the chakra system, we change from the 1st chakra which is solid, formed earth to the 2nd chakra which is liquid, formless and ever-changing water.

The Sacral chakra represents change, fluctuation and movement.  Even it’s location in the body is related to movement. The sacral plexus is a collection of nerves located in the lower spine which control movement in the legs and pelvis. This chakra is associated with the color orange. The color orange has the second longest wavelength (635 nm) and second slowest frequency (480THz) in the visual color spectrum.

This is the chakra of emotion, sexuality, pleasure, and nurture. All of these things are fluid and ever-changing. This constant change is at once the source of pleasure and the source of pain. Many people fear change and have a tendency to grip the present moment. However, the sacral chakra teaches us that without change there can be no pleasure – for if nothing ever changed what would we have to be excited for?Without the night, what is day? Without the winter, what is summer? Without pain, what is pleasure?

Blocks in the Sacral Chakra: The symbol for the Sacral Chakra is a six petal lotus flower. There are also two lotus petals within the large six-petal lotus. This chakra is related to the moon. The moon, with it’s ever changing cycle, pulls on the tides of the earth creating subtle changes on earth’s residents. It is dark, mysterious and full of emotion.

Blocks in the second center can lead to loss of creativity, low sexual energy, a feeling of dullness, loss of emotion, and depression. It’s easy to get trapped in the second chakra by overindulging in pleasurable things such as food, drugs, alcohol, or sex. We can also be stuck in the second center by denying ourselves pleasurable activities. For example, do you deny yourself sleep because you feel you don’t have the time? Or maybe you deny yourself food because you are tying to lose weight.

They key to opening the second chakra is to maintain balance when it comes to pleasurable, worldly things. Do not deny, but do not overindulge either.

Another way to get stuck in the second chakra is by suppressing emotions. Emotion itself is fluid – it’s ever changing and dynamic properties are perfectly represented by water. Emotions travel, by moving from the atmosphere around us, to the subconscious within us, through the conscious mind, and back out into the atmosphere in whatever way we give them off. It’s very important to keep this movement flowing. However, many people will suppress their emotions in the subconscious level. Feeling emotion can be painful, and these people choose to keep it bottled up rather than let it out and feel it’s effects.

Although this may work temporarily, it will cause problems in the future. Emotions which are stuck in the subconscious will manifest themselves in other ways – be it anger, fear, anxiety, or hatred. Meditation is an excellent way to work through emotions and allow them to rise to the surface.

The Second Chakra also works in conjunction with the 5th Chakra or the Throat Chakra. Usually when you are experiencing problems in one, you will also notice issues to some degree in the other. 

The kundalini energy is greatly affected at this time as well. This is our conscious awakening to truth. There are many ways it can be affected or put into motion. We have now entered into a time when everyone's kundalini energy is opening up. The energy infusions that we are experiencing are facilitating this and it may have many adverse effects on those who are not familiar with it. My request to be the best me I can be, to have my God Essence/Christ Consciousness shine through and move me into an even more effective and efficient conscious channel  for this Divine Energy was set into motion when I went to Tucson AZ in February. Each year when I go there, I receive a gift from the Universe for my soul. It facilitates more clearing & cleansing (thus so much of the water & fire elements that are a re-occurring theme of these adventures) each time that takes me to new and higher degrees of myself. 

This last week for me was the reveal of what has transcended in me. As I write this, I feel a renewed sense of enthusiasm for my life and journey knowing that I am here to share my journey as well as adventures in facilitating transformation and transition for others. I AM a catalyst for change and I serve best by example. For me, it is a sign of all good things to come. This is my chosen perspective. I choose to see the journey as positive, but in essence, 'It is what it is'. I have the power to see it as positive and so it is. 

For the first 3 months of 2013, we have been undergoing a clearing & cleansing facilitated by the heavens. We may have found ourselves energetically, emotionally or physically 'ill' or out of balance. Guidance now refers to it as misaligned. We are not aligned with our Highest Good which includes our abundance, prosperity, joy, happiness, love, peace, & harmony. If we are misaligned, it is necessary to be re-calibrated in order to find & feel our passion and truth. If we are misaligned, we are incapable of being true to ourselves. We are not living joyfully. We are merely existing. If we are merely existing, we are not honoring our spirit/soul and are adding to the imbalance of the planet rather than assisting in the evolutionary ascension process. More simpler stated, we are contributing to the problem rather than the resolution.

Feel her LOVE. 
This New Moon provides excellent opportunity to break free from old pattern, let go of anger, impulsiveness, selfishness, and any issues related to fears related to survival.
FEAR is a best friend as it is guiding you to what is no longer in vibration harmony. 
Take a GOOD LOOK within in today's darkest phase and CHOOSE to see the light that is in this space of darkness. It's there and it is shinning brightly. 
Loving you on this dark phase and start of NEW MOON, new beginnings, new starts and new energy. Woohooooo!
