Energy Update May 27, 2015

So much happening at such an accelerated pace. Had an intense dream about one of our outside (garage actually) cats. He is new to us so to have him in the dream was interesting. His manner in the dream was as if he owned it! So upon waking this morning and feeding him, I asked what he was doing in my dream last night. He began winding around my legs so much so that I couldn't walk. Nothing new there. Then just as I was finishing up outside he was pointing in the grass like a bird dog. There at the edge of the patio was another blue racer snake like the one that was extracted from my couch last August!! The snake was about as long as the one in my couch too! It was just sitting there in the grass, half on my patio and half in the grass so got a good look at it. The cat just sat there pointing at it. I was like, really?? Another message about the transmutation that is taking place. In my face, again!!

On the way to the office for a session that I was being downloaded for, I was gifted with a visit from my totem hawk, a heron and a couple of geese that flew by. On the way home from the office I see another sun dog (rainbow) around the sun. No question that guidance is making sure I see the signs of what's going down.

The planet is shaking and moving, literally. There is a deep soul transmutation taking place. Within and without, complete metamorphosis. I got a glimpse of it today during the session that was synchronistically set up and saw how the past few months have been leading up to it. Synchronicity is amazing! It is the magick that life is made of.

I spoke last week about some things I learned about myself in several interviews. That self-realization continues to unfold. I am being guided to write my book. Hmmmm.......and even feeling motivated to do so. It seems to all be coming together all of a sudden and yet it has always been right there. My question to Spirit is about the time to do so. I have been told that as all things, it will synchronistically appear as it should. I have been told that it will flow so am counting on that. You see, I KNOW that it will, because I can write about it and speak about it and it feels real. Before now, it was a future event that I couldn't feel.

What are you FEELING now? When I can feel something, I know it's real. It's in that same moment. It already exists. This is a good way to gauge how close you are to that very special event in your life, too! Can you feel it in your heart? Or is it still in the drafting stages in your mind? As soon as you feel that shift into the heart, it's just around the corner.

These next few months will see major shifting in our heart chakra and this is necessary for us to move into alignment with our soul's purpose, passion, power & truth. This soul integration is going to be felt in a powerful way. We haven't been in our hearts like this in a lifetime and it's going to feel very different. Remember, you are love, loved and loving. Your original vibrational signature is Love & Grace. You are returning to yourself. So glad to be here with you now having this awakening!!!

MAY 25TH: We have a major energy shift coming in today dealing with our life's purpose and change here. This one is coming in at 6pm EDT and will last through June 4th. The Sun within Your Cells

Energy Update, May 21, 2015

Well, I seem to have gotten a break here with Mercury Retrograde. All the mishaps of the last several weeks with my technology have leveled out. I had made the statement that I was getting all of my Mercury Retro stuff out of the way beforehand and it seems to be so. I share an article below about this particular Mercury Retro in Gemini as well as a link a little further down. It's important to be in the know during times like these so you can take full advantage of the energies in the proper way for you. It's like knowing it's going to rain so you can carry your umbrella.

This has been a week of learning about myself. Learning how far I have come since stepping into my spiritual work. I am feeling quite content in what has been revealed. Earlier this week, I was interviewed by a young man working on a project about truth. "What is truth?" I share with him what I had learned about personal truth and that of the collective. As I chatted with him, I got the opportunity to really speak my truth about truth. What an awesome experience in review which is what this Mercury Retro is all about.

Also, I was a guest on a radio show today with Luci McMonagle (Wealthy Wednesday Radio Show) and one of the questions to me was "What did I consider one of my greatest accomplishments?" I found myself answering with, "the work I have done on myself to enable me to provide a clear channel for those I am here to facilitate for." My purpose is to facilitate and hold the energy for other who are awakening and are not sure where to go or what to do next. I am holding the energy for those coming into themselves at this time, or having a spiritual awakening. I facilitate in a myriad of ways unique to the person.

I learned today that what I consider one of the most empowering moments of my life was the day I left the corporate world. I have never looked back and never desired to go back into that world. I can honestly say that I have done everything that I aspired to do after I left corporate and know that there is so much more for me as I move forward. For almost 30 years, I was in that place of feeling that it was the only place for me and the only place I would ever be. Then I woke up. Literally. I woke up to the fact that I no longer believed in the politics, the products, and most of the people. You can't stay somewhere that you don't believe in. It's simply not logical because your soul/spirit begins to yearn for fulfillment. It yearns to grow in a way that it feels nurtured and inspired. When I left, although I didn't know what was around the corner, I knew everything was going to be alright and was in Divine Order. I had/have always been supported and had/have no reason to doubt that, physically and spiritually. I have experienced the love and support of the Divine every step of the way since leaving corporate. I know it was there all along. It was just a matter of my asking for help and then allowing that guidance to unfold before me.

How synchronistic that I would have these two experiences in the same week not realizing the actual timing of them. What a wonderful way for the Universe to set me up to acknowledge my own wisdom. In this manner of review, one can't help but see that there is a plan and it was set into motion many moons ago. It is also obvious to see what is being set into motion now with this review and the feelings that stir within the heart and soul in going forward. This is truly magick at its very best.

Many people are experiencing this same feeling at this time, the call to purpose not knowing what that is. When you begin your path of awakening, you can be sure that the Universal Source is listening and waiting for that call for help. This time is like no other in the raising of consciousness. We are supported at every level of transformation by the Universal Source. We are guided every step of the way and we are not alone! What have you learned about yourself lately?

Children of Illumination, let your spirits soar upon the wind that whispers through your hearts. Let your spirits soar upon the song of a bird, the twinkle of a star, the babble of a creek. Let your spirits ride upon the tail of a rainbow. I Am White Buffalo Calf Woman. I Am she that weaves and heals the holes in your heart. Like a spider I Weave Light catching the morning dew of hope.

Ascension is not available until you have embraced all of earth – her dilemmas, her heartaches; her pains. For you come to clear and love the flesh of your flesh that comes from the body of Mother Earth. Every experience that you germinated, cultivated and then harvested was a creation manifested and birthed by the Divinity within you. Every individual on Earth is having a different experience. Do not judge their experiences, nor criticize them, nor analyze them, nor rebuke them -- for their experiences are perfectly divine, as they have created them.

The upcoming energies ask you to come into balance within yourself and not to worry if thy neighbor is in balance, or thy husband is in balance or thy boss is in balance. Balance begins and ends with you. It is not your concern what another is doing, as their learning experience. Do not busy yourself with the details of changing others. busy yourself with honoring your choices, your energies, your frequencies, and your challenges.

Each of you has come to a boxed canyon. You seem to be at the end of your rope and choices. Understand dear ones, you are being asked to move mountains, to change the molecular structure of what blocks your way, to walk through what keeps you less than, separating the seas of your life. Walk in empowerment knowing that you can shift what you commanded into existence.

For every item in your life, in your closet, on your floor, and on your body – you commanded into existence. You created it into the physical world. Mercury, the planet of forward motion is now retrograde until June 11th. Mercury retrograde gets a fair amount of 'bad press', but I want to support you with quality information on what is good and positive about this time period. You deserve the best!

During this retrograde, especially since it's in Gemini, you'll likely have a tendency to rely on your logical mind; but things go haywire when reason takes a back seat to the unconscious.

You may feel confused and even unhappy because you're wasting time, but really, if you look past the frustration of things not always working as usual, this Mercury retrograde is exquisitely valuable.

Energy Update, May 12, 2015

Still experiencing some 'wonky' energies in the field. That is also indicated by the earthquakes today in Nepal (2nd one in a few weeks time) and also off the cost of Japan. We also had an earthquake just south of Byhalia in Canton, MS about 2 weeks ago!! So the energies are very active as we move through this very transformational time.

Our senses are being heightened by the shifting of the planet. We are moving through a cosmic wave of electricity that is affecting every minute particle. This evolutionary process is building in momentum.

So much expansion taking place in what appears to be a collapsing of time and space. This is why we feel there is not enough time in the day (or night). As the vibration becomes higher, for both the planet and its inhabitants, the journey itself speeds up.

For the most part, we are vibrating at a higher rate, and in that higher vibrational consciousness, we move through time faster. There is so much indication of the raising consciousness and for the most part, if you are seeing it, you just may be in denial or resisting your own transformation.

We are being guided through this higher consciousness to be more mindful and aware of our surroundings and the energy we project as well as the energy we allow into our space.

I speak so much about energy, vibration, and frequency. This is what my work is all about. Raising awareness through vibration and frequency. Helping everyone to understand that energy is a universal tool and resource that is intended to be utilized for navigating on this physical journey. The more you realize this, the easier the journey becomes and the more you can grasp the vastness of this experience. Even as I speak of it, I feel an expansion in my heart chakra. This expanded consciousness begins in the heart and is furthered by the integration of the sacred heart and sacred mind. True mastery lies in that integration.

We are getting ready to enter into Mercury Retrograde on the 19th. This is merely a time to go within and review all that you have integrated and processed over the past few months. Actually since the first of the year. Someone said the other day, it's like we never exited the last Mercury Retrograde in January. No coincidence that we have been gifted with 2 of these events early in 2015. This further prepares us for the energy infusions continuing to build in frequency as we move through this momentous year. These are periods of acclimation and assimilation.

Last week I got the message in a couple of my sessions that there has been a game changer in the energy meaning the dynamics of the journey has changed. This week I continue to see that same message coming through various channels and astrologers. There was a shift with the Full Moon of the 4th and at some level, it created a portal in time that is presenting opportunities that otherwise would not have been there. This has to do with the higher consciousness that continues to move into our realm.

Whether you realize it or not, it's reality and things are really beginning to transcend. I could give you so man examples that I have picked up on in the airwaves and through meditations; however, just be aware that each day presents a change at such a level that it is facilitating this evolutionary process. Everyone does not have to be on board with this process. It will happen regardless. We can join the shift by focusing on our on awareness and energy and know by doing so, we are facilitating for the rest of the planet. These are truly exciting times and we are being given so man tools to assist us in our journey.

Why Do I Feel Increasingly Hypersensitive?

If you find that you are getting more sensitive to what goes on in your life and in the world, you sometimes feel overwhelmed to the point you don’t recognize yourself and wish you had stayed in bed, you are not alone!

Like everyone on this planet right now, you are reacting to the acceleration of energetic frequencies Earth has been experiencing for years, which is causing all sorts of reactions in people.

The entire Universe and everything around us is ultimately made of energy, and so are we. So it’s normal we would feel fluctuations in the energy around us. We already know how we can be affected by the different cycles of the moon traveling around the Earth. There are just a lot more influences at play right now.

And as the frequencies are accelerating, we are all becoming hypersensitive to what’s around us. We know for instance that we feel better in nature or in the company of our pets, but not so well in the presence of someone who is negative, or when confronted by a negative situation. As this amplifies, we are having a hard time to deal with negativity and often tend to avoid it or badly react to it, which is normal.

Realizing how we are becoming more sensitive can be scary, but it also is a great gift since it allows us to develop our intuition and creativity.

More and more people make radical changes in their life such as exchanging their boring or negative jobs for more purposeful ones, moving away from the city, and even selling everything to travel the world, choosing to find happiness in simple things. Trying to find new ways to cope with your growing intolerances while dealing with the negative or stressful things in your life is no longer a viable option. You will likely become sick if you don’t change anything. Things only start to get better when you choose to take care of your wellbeing by integrating positive changes in your life, simplifying things and focusing on what truly makes you happy.

While it may be a good idea to make drastic changes when you realize that some of your relationships and circumstances are damaging and draining, it doesn’t mean that you need to change partners, jobs or apartments. But you do need to identify what kind of relationships, work and community would truly make you happy.

No one is immune to what is going on in the world right now. And since being tired, cranky and impatient is never good when taking care of loved ones or to accomplish what you want to do, here are a few things you can do to build your strength or when you feel particularly sensitive or vulnerable:

Learn to love yourself like no one has ever loved you. We have been so deprived of self-love through social and religious conditioning that we’re not even sure if we have the right to love ourselves and, as a result, very few of us have learned to take care of ourselves. The kind of self-care we need right now is the kind of care we would give to ourselves if we were our own mothers. We all have an opinion about what our parents should have done with us when we were kids, but rarely do we actually treat ourselves that way! Start by imagining that your consciousness is the mother and your body is the child you are here to care for. What kind of love and pampering would you provide yourself? What do your mind and body really need?

Start to meditate. Meditation is the best tool we have to adjust to the increasing frequencies

Support your body by drinking a lot of water and eating fresh and easy to digest food. Your body is your consciousness’ temple, not a junkyard!

Take a break from social media and (bad) news and stay away from emails and the phone whenever possible

Stop watching scary and adrenaline-charged movies and television to keep your stress level down; your adrenal glands will thank you!

Break your monotony by including playtime with the kids or your pets, spend time in nature or do something fun with your spouse or a friend

Be lazy for a change, your body needs pampering, not to be exerted! Replace CrossFit with yoga

Work from home if you can. If you must commute to work, give yourself plenty of time and listen to your favorite music

Postpone important meetings or decisions for when you are more likely to be at your best

You Entered A Promised Land ~~~

You are in a time of birthing yourself into higher light at a different position of truth. As you sit in the womb of No-time, you try to stretch, but the walls of self-imposed illusion, keep you confined in an invisible prison. You push and push but you are not able to stretch into the vastness you innately know yourself to be. When a child is in the mothers womb, the child’s spirit has the ability to reach out past the limitations of the physical womb, skirting about in the parent’s lives, reaching into the past, and future, overcoming space and time.

Your life is similar to that of the unborn child. You feel limitations as if the very walls of your life grow steeper and slicker each time you try to scale them. You grunt, you groan, you complain as the limitations become more and more real and animated. You have the same innate abilities as the unborn child. You are living in this dimension of matter and yet you are also living in spirit, in the light on a multitude of levels. Your body seems limited and vulnerable, yet the spirit and light-force that inhabits that vehicle has magnificent and never-ending capabilities.

You enter a promised time where the limited perception of your humanness merges with the vast and all-knowing Spirit of Light. Coming together Merging and then EMERGING into something much more. Right now you all feel like a caterpillar, in early cocoon stage. You know that you are destined to become more, Yet Everything In Your World Points To Less Than !!

The Chrysalis shifts and the Cocoon around you thickens and hardens like the crust of earth. There seems no way out! Keeping you confined in a prison of your own thinking. One day out of the blue a small light appears on the horizon coming from a minute hole within the cocoon. Your heart races with possibilities as the illusion of limitation begins to crumble right in front of your eyes.

You all are just now seeing that small point of light in your life. a tiny hole of truth showing you the way out, the way up. The caterpillar must walk into a time of complete trust and surrendering! Surrendering what he thinks is his limitations to the divine glow within him. Surrendering is trusting! The hole is small only in the mind of the caterpillar, not in the mind of God. In the mind of God it is large enough to accommodate all the future butterflies of earth.

The cocoon would never ever allow the caterpillar to be released, because that is what a cocoon does. it protects, it keeps bound. Earth keeps you as a cocoon until you are ready to set yourself free. The caterpillar knows that it must try, and try again, or it will die. That is the point of reference that each and everyone of you sit at. You feel you must try, or perish in the process. It is a time of surrendering and trusting. The butterfly that you are inside this human caterpillar, is far greater than any illusion. Let go and know that the divine plan will work no matter what. The caterpillar is destined to become a butterfly it can be no other way! Energy Update, May 6, 2015

It seems we are in some crazy wonky energy right now. There is a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding taking place. Almost like Mercury is in retrograde, which doesn't start until May 19th; however, we are already in the shadow. Seems like the whole first quarter of the year has been like a Mercury Retrograde, IMO.

Some business that I took care of last week in several areas has come back this week with total confusion. Have spent way too much time on getting it straightened out. At the same time, realizing that it is my business to straighten out, not someone else's. I have always been one to pay attention to detail. Not only do I pay close attention to details, dates, amounts, numbers, what is said, isn't said, how it's said, but I look at things from all directions.

I am glad to say that I can and do look at the bigger picture around all situations. I am able to see a situation from many perspectives. I realized that this not training, but really who I am and have always been. I have always been one blessed to see the bigger picture. In doing so, it has helped me tremendously in the work I do and to remain objective in this work.

Working on the Compassion Templates has also strengthened this aspect of me. There is always a multitude of dynamics surrounding every situation and stepping back to observe those dynamics provides clarity and the ability to focus. Honoring the fact that each soul has it's purpose and soul agreement. While we are each here to facilitate for each other and very definitely connected through Source, we are each independently fulfilling our soul contract.

Lots of people feeling fatigued, dazed and confused, achy, physically-mentally-emotionally ill, irritated, agitated and discombobulated. Requiring much more sleep right now to just get through the day. At the same time, many are beginning to see transformation unfolding and the changes that are the result of the work of the last few year.

I was in the middle of writing this update this afternoon when an upgrade came in. It was almost two hours that I went down to receive the information/energy that was coming in. While I didn't feel like I had the time to lose, I do feel much better since the upgrade. The integration that comes in waves is necessary for us to acclimate and assimilate and more and more actual down time is required for the process. I have learned to honor the process and do my best to be still and receive.

The following article spoke to me so deeply today. It actually moved me to tears. I share it in it's entirety for others who may resonate with it. For me, this explains the Light Language that is coming through me at this time and has actually always been part of my awakening process.

Daughters of the Holy Encodings~~~

As you open your heart and arms to more of my awakening You become daughters of the Holy Encodings. You dear daughters of knowing, hold within you, a memorandum that is meant for Earth. A message that is encoded with holy calligraphy. A message that you can only read from the inside out.

I ask you now beautiful daughters of the Light, to remember one of your many holy positions. imagine yourself standing in the center of a temple when you once were part of the holy Order of the Magdalene. The Magdalene was an Order of the sacred feminine teachings that were passed down for 1000’s of years. Teachings of nature and heaven and power and wisdom that has survived thru time and myth.

In your holy text, your body is referred to as a temple. your body is a space of solid light that holds sacred memories, a place you keep your treasures of truth. In days gone by Whenever you had to hide and secret something of power you encoded within and on the body. You physically integrated the sacred encodings. Some of you placed the ashes of the sacred scrolls into oil and rubbed them upon your body. Others ingested what was written to hold its energy. The order of the Magdalene is encoded within you. It is not a club you join it is a sacred way of living and being for time immortal.

The next strand of time unravels many secrets as they awakening within the daughters of the stars. It may come in a dream, through a book, it may come through a tattoo or an afternoon sunset. it seeks you as much as you seek it. It has never forgotten your scent. It has never forgotten the lines of time you wear in your soul. It has never forgotten the sound of your voice.

For the one thing that has stayed the same incarnation after incarnation has been the vibration within your voice. That is the reason that sometimes people are repelled by your voice and sometimes others are hypnotized by your voice for it has always been your calling card, your energy signature, and an activation sound.

Imagine now that you are standing as the beautiful, youthful divine goddess that you inherently are. Your physical body is a luminous temple beaming with love. Stand in the center and look at the walls of your personal inner temple. There are glyphs and sacred writings, hidden truths that seek to be remembered by you and you alone. In your heart place imagine placing your hands and your third eye upon the sacred text that lives in the walls. Now move your heart to it, let your heart beat with it. We are in a time period of major consciousness change. It is time to wake up to the beautiful Light Beings we are and to manifest that beauty. Think about how lucky you are to be alive during this great change. We are moving from the energy of duality to one of Unity consciousness, and we are moving from a carbon based Being to a Crystal Being. Think how nice it will be when we can see everyone’s Crystal Light Body and watch the beautiful glow that will be around people. The change to a Crystal Light Being has not been an easy process, and we are not done yet.

When Uranus moved into Aries about four years ago we started a major process of change. Actually it moved into Aries in March of 2011 when the Tsunami in Japan happened, and the war in North Africa was just starting. That war continues to this day. Syria is still in it along with other countries, as well as I.S.I.S. Now the focus is on Yemen and Iran. I heard there are several ships off the coast of Yemen. Some are from the United States, and some from other countries like Iran and Russia. It’s my understanding that there is an underground base off the coast of Yemen. I heard it is a base of good ETs. That was in the news a few years ago when another event happened in that area.

Aries rules our head and brain and Uranus rules change. There have been a lot of brain and nervous system changes which involve our whole body. In fact our nervous system has been going through a major rewiring. This has caused a lot of challenges in our bodies. Our eyes have become blurred on occasion, especially when the Sun erupts. I can always tell when there has been a sun eruption because my eyes become blurred. There have also been all kinds of body pain with this change. April Review ~~~

April had the energy of ‘the strength to create.’ It felt more like ‘the strength to get through the day!’ Has fatigue ever been so prevalent?! It wasn’t easy to get extra sleep and it didn’t matter anyway! It was a profound month of physical inner change. I was shown that the fatigue was due to brain adjustments that are creating better access to a waking meditative state. We will have more ease accessing an Alpha state in general, and for many even a Theta state. These are brain waves that are much more in tune with the frequency of a creative, Loving, calm state. It is a subtle shift, but over the course of time you may begin to notice more calm. If you are already noticing more calm, lucky you! Many are still experiencing a LOT of shift and movement from the eclipse/equinox/Pluto-Uranus-Square catalyst.

April also brought some deep release, especially around shame. Just like the brainwave adjustments, these shifts can sometimes seem subtle at first. However, another side effect of so much release of discordant vibration is a new track of creation in your life. So it may have also seemed like things that were moving forward either stalled or became unclear. At first this can be pretty frustrating, but ultimately it becomes more beneficial. You’ll readjust to a new path of creation that is better aligned with your new, freer energy. The April challenges and benefits feed right into the energy of May.

May Energies – Choice and Focus~~~

May and June both are going to call you to more focus. Focus is an important one. The brain changes and the deep release of April provide us with more availability of our focus. I’m excited to see these brain changes. That focused, calmer, waking meditative state can help you begin taking more empowered action in life – choice.

Choice is both internal and external action. As you begin creating more of your reality rather than reacting, it anchors Loving Light here on Earth for others to observe and choose as well. The exponential effects, the fractal expansion, are a natural part of the system of Life. As you choose, life changes. First subtly, then you get clues of impending manifestation. Change keeps building momentum and manifests. And the cycle continues.

Creation always begins internally. What does that look like in your life? First, it requires relaxing into your present moment (not as easy lately). As you become well with what-is, your energy field opens and connects in a way that gives you access to helpful thoughts, feelings and synchronicities that begin to build a new future. Relaxing into the moment is a matter of focusing yourself away from any fear, impatience, resentment or any other challenging vibration that is inhibiting you from peace. Once you can focus yourself into a better feeling state of being, you now have access to new choice that wasn’t available from a chaotic vibration.
