We are in the final month of the most transformative year of 2013. With the news of comet ISON surviving it's swing around the Sun, there was also news that not only was it's trajectory (course) altered but it's shape was also changed. It took on the shape of a triangle. It also brightened just before it went around the Sun and just as it came back in view. It has been unpredictable all along, other than the way in which is was facilitating ascension for those ready to take a monumental leap forward in the evolutionary process. It definitely made it's presence known and felt.

"The Triangle is considered the most stable of forms .. the Triad. Three symbolizes the trinity of life, of substance, intellect, of the force which drives it. The point where matter, and consciousness connects with the higher realms."  

This symbolized the return to balance of the Trinity of Body, Mind & Spirit. This was a clear message that just as comet ISON was changed as it went around the Sun, so too, were we forever changed. It facilitated that transformation for us just as it facilitated the healing of eons of ancestral and imbalanced energy that was inhibiting our moving into Ascension. It was a major game player in the return to balance.

It was originally projected to travel between us and our Moon on December 26th, which I felt would have created a multitude of issues physically & emotionally. I am still receiving the message that we should be very mindful of the date of December 26th. It is still a significant date as energetically there is a imprint on this date that I cannot yet put my finger on.

We have been forever changed as we have journeyed through 2013. It has been a very unpredictable and mind-altering adventure. And this final month of the year is no exception to the changes this year had in store for us. There are still many moments of 'awakening' as we move through December. In fact, we may find so much crammed into this month that we will be relieved in many ways when it comes to an end. It may take a few days into 2014 before we realize we are there.

Many are stepping into their truth and feeling the power that comes from doing so. It is an empowerment that lifts you up and instills a sense of faith and knowing. Don't hold back now for you are re-creating yourself in the essence of the Divine. 

When we come to the threshold of 2014, you are going to find that you have undergone the most significant shift of your present journey. Nothing will look the same, especially you. When your consciousness shifts, so does your energy field. You Light is brighter and clearer and there is definitely no looking back.

information you want in the entire Universe. Why is this an

Welcome as we open up to a new week and MONDAY is an 11 Master Day! Yes, another one! 11 : 11 Saturday and Monday both being 11 days with Sunday being a day of tests and openings in between. How are you feeling as we head into the end of the year? This can often be a very stressful season for many. I advise that you look at the month of December as a month of HONOURING the year that has been and preparation for the year to come...

- Monday Dec 2, 11 Master Day : opportunities are all around you. Say, "Yes" and jump on them.
- New Moon - new beginnings. A beautiful fresh energy has come in since November closed. Can you feel it? You are asked to embrace a sense of adventure. 
- The moon is at it's closest to earth all month Midweek. Intuition and emotions are very high! 
- Mercury is pushing our buttons this week. Asking us to put our actions where our words are. You are called to truly walk your talk this week. If you can't follow through, then don't say you will. It's that sort of energy. Holds you to account.

What changes have you noticed since the comet has appeared? I have noticed more Awareness; more dissatisfaction and separation from the 3D illusions and welcome changes within my body. I no longer am receiving daily headaches, am sleeping much better and more than before and can even tolerate a little wine (I absolutely could not drink it for the last few years), and my ear ringing is much less.
As I look at the symbolism of the comet returning, I see this: the comet is a reflection of us. It sped toward the solar Light (which also is connected to the Galactic Sun) and made it through more empowered and transformed. We too have transformed; holding more Light and most of us are living in the New World of higher dimensions, having let go of most of the 3D world of duality. As we have embraced more Light, we too are transformed. If you feel none of this, no worries; you will.

I hope everyone weathered the ice storm this past weekend without injury or major damage. Although, it did give us time to go within and reflect, which is what it was designed to do. To look out at the trees on our property was just beautiful and at the same time you could sense the discomfort of the trees holding all that ice. The trees are such wisdom holders for us. They facilitate so very much growth and movement on our behalf. They were bent to the ground or nearly there and seemed to be projecting what many are experiencing now. Feeling almost to the point of 'breaking' at this time as we squeeze through the last weeks of 2013 doing our best to hold that holiday cheer. It would be easier to just remember the true meaning of the season and hold that love in your heart for all that is being experienced right now, collectively & individually. 

Another way of moving through the holidays with more GRACE & EASE would be to remember that we are not separate from anyone else. There is so much to be said for COEXIST-ing, and not just with other humans but with everything on this planet. We are all a part of the ALL that IS, the Unity Consciousness, Oneness. We are here to have this experience with everything else on this planet not separate from it although we each have our own journey and unique experience because we each have our own perception of the journey AND the experience. As we open ourselves to that Oneness, it becomes easier to COEXIST without judgement, bias, prejudice or labeling. 

Science supports the theory that prayer works. Now, more than ever, our prayers are needed to lift up the planet and all of her inhabitants in love, compassion, peace and healing energy to support the ascension process that is under way. Wherever there is imbalance, we can energetically join together to shift this energy and know it can be done. We know that we can focus positive, loving energy on water and change not only the taste of it but it's vibration. We are capable of doing the same thing by focusing energy on whatever we feel guided to. Focus positive, loving energy on our government, Fukushima, animal abuse, child abuse & anything that you feel deserves positive, loving energy to help it to change. Remember, you are not the only one focusing positive, loving energy on anything. There are many others around the planet that are doing the same thing. Prayers for peace at this time will bring us closer to peace globally. 

These energies support us whole heartedly and Divinely. We are being encouraged to use the gifts that we have to heal ourselves and correct imbalance on our planet. We are all alchemists capable of working with energy to move mountains. Remember to use your gifts wisely and practice "Discipline, Discernment & Discretion".

Cosmic Weather - Weekly Inspiration for December 9-15, 2013
Hello friends. We we are well on our way into the Holiday season and where I live in Southern CA has recently become very cold, unseasonably so. It seems rather fitting however, for a year that has been filled with shifts and surprises at every turn. We don't have a lot of aspects in the coming week, but the ones we do have definitely count. The focus this week is on "awareness and opportunity." 
Tuesday, December 10th we have a Uranus/Mercury trine. This can bring illumination and ideas literally "out of the blue." It doesn't stay around very long, but it's worth mentioning. If you are a creative type especially, and are out and about that day, I would have a pen and/or voice recorder handy. An idea or concept could come through that just might prove significant in the new year. This also provides a nice cosmic support and set up for the aspect to follow here below on 12/11. 
On Wednesday, December 11th we have a Saturn-Jupiter trine. Keep in mind that Jupiter is currently retrograde which gives it an even more inward focus. The theme here is between reality and discipline (Saturn) and expansiveness and optimism (Jupiter.) Some questions to ask ourselves are: How have I been too hard on myself or "nose to the grindstone?" Where do I need to "lighten up" in my life" Also, where have I been too excessive and not paying enough attention? This trine supports the Middle Way between the two and the results have the potention to be quite eye-opening and glorious and may also provide some areas of focus for the upcoming year. Pay attention and check up friends.

We see that the three main causes of physical pain and discomfort in the physical body (not caused by accident or injury) are: judgment, fear and unforgiveness. Also, that resistance and judgment of one's feelings can also make discomfort worse. An example of this can be feeling angry or hurt over an encounter with another person, but then feeling that you are wrong or "unspiritual" for feeling it. It's true that judgment and/or anger towards others is often based on the disappointment of your own needs not being met in some way, but this is perfectly understandable from a human perspective. The more you label and/or judge yourself, the more you can "box yourself in" so to speak. It is *allowing* that you create freedom for yourself. If harm has been done to oneself or others, make amends when necessary. Forgive, move on and return to the NOW moment. Healing also has much to do with releasing frozen or stuck energies from past moments. This is something the shamanic practitioners know quite well. 
On another note, regarding Color Ray Therapy: Though it is often thought to use the opposite color energy for healing, there are times where one will actually use the same as a type of "energetic homeopathy." For example, with inflammation in the body, the energy of the tissues may actually appear Red, and the cooling color of Blue may be exployed as a healing and calming agent. There are times when the Red may actually be appearing from a *depletion* of this color ray energetically and more of it is what is required to balance. ENERGIES OF THE WEEK AHEAD: How are you right now? As we look to a new week (and the third to last week of 2013), there is currently a solar storm in progress on earth, caused by recent solar flares. 12-10-13 THE NEXT 24 HOURS: Who's feeling slightly uncomfortable? There is a build up on energy right now as we head into these final 2-3 weeks of 2013 and into the Christmas season for much of the globe. Over the next 24 hours the following is impacting us...
Globally the next 24 hours:
~ The Moon quarters. If you look at the Moon right now it is half lit and half in darkness. We have one week till Full Moon. So there is a build up of energy occurring. You are asked to check in with your important projects and devote some attention to them now. You will then have a very strong motivation to move you along come next week.
~ We are in transition. There is a new day coming in your life and as it emerges we need to let go of the old ways. So we are in TRANSITION right now. Adding to this state, there are some conflicting planetary positions causing us to feel slightly moody, off colour and a bit irritable. Have you felt this? It will pass in the next day or so, so be aware that you may feel slightly slower and withdrawn. This is good. It means focus within.
My advice is to quietly go about your business, head down and bum up (so to speak  Discipline yourself to move into a daily routine that supports you and your most precious desires for your life.
And do you best not to take out any scatteredness you may be experiencing on anyone else. It's not their fault. You must be responsible for your feelings. Knowing this have a very personally inspiring and productive 24 hours ahead. Remember a new day is coming very soon for all of us xxx

12-11-13 THE NEXT 24HRS: Well the energy has lifted slightly from yesterday's much heavier change. As I have said we are in a transition mode at present. There is change coming and you can feel it. In approx. 6 hours (from the time of this post) we will be getting a big nudge from Mercury to slow down and carefully overhaul what we say and how. This is the energy of only saying what you mean or don't say it at all!
Superfluous speech is not necessary going forward. In fact manifestation is happening so quickly for many of us right now, that we need to be very aware of what we are creating with our words.

THE WORD

As you think you are imprinting your life with messages. Then as you speak what you think these messages are commanding your thoughts into being. Creating your reality.
Silence is liberating as it allows you to drop head to heart and be with the soul. It is from here that you will come up with your answers and daily direction to act upon.

Ascension: Soulstice Rising
We are in preparation once again for two big energy pushes forward: The 12-12 portal and Winter Solstice. 
As most of you have already embraced the New You and New Life, these two events will push you further into the New. So take a look at your life and see if there is anything that is left to release completely. I say this because next year will be all about building on the New and it will be very very difficult to keep any of the old within you.
Remember that the only Truth now is Love. The only way to live is to express Soul in all you express. If you are attached to the old way of life, next year may be a difficult one for you.
New Life means that you resist nothing, are open to change, realize the miracles are commonplace and there is no duality (good/bad, right/wrong, peace/conflict, etc.) ~Kara.

The Return of the Divine Feminine
No one can awaken until they are ready. Lies are forced upon people as much as the call to look at what's been hidden from us. Some bring truths and some disinformation - to further manipulate those who are lacking their own self awareness.
Truth is a resonance that begins to transform a person and disinformation usually creates more outer dependency, panic, idealism or attention on predictions that haven't even happened yet. We can't be very effective if we aren't in the Now actively co-creating, and if our energies are scattered. 
Becoming empowered and conscious is a personal journey and the outer events and information give us a free will choice -- to either understand things on our own terms through how we experience it, or to continue to be thrown around by everything that comes our way, without a strong inner foundation.
Awakening and unification is organic though, in the same way the immune system responds to illness. The more unconscious we are, the easier it is to be invaded by energies that don't really serve us, whether they promise ascension or further draw us into news and government and what we are up against.
True awakening is an inward discovery and we are all at different stages. We are dealing with duality and can only safely navigate with the willingness to find balance and walk in both worlds till transformation happens. It happens when we influence the outer world from our own divine power, rather than give our power away to the light or dark presented to us.
We are both and must balance it within and find unity with masculine, feminine and all aspects of self. From this inner strength and clarity, we can find our way and Truth and guidance will stand out and the rest will fall away.

Feeling all of the intense energy from this Full Moon and it's pull to let go and allow the shift. As much as we may feel that we are letting go, these next few weeks are intended to really squeeze out of us whatever it is that needs to be released. While it may be a bit uncomfortable, it is most definitely necessary for us to move into all that we have created for ourselves in 2014. 

Many may experience 'spiritual flu' with nausea, diarrhea, low grade fever, respiratory distress, headaches, general aches & pains, obvious signs of detoxing, lack of focus & clarity, and the list goes on. The best way through this 'spiritual flu' is as any other 'flu', by nurturing yourself and making sure you get enough rest. Salt baths are excellent for relieving most of these symptoms on a daily basis. 

The energies of last week's 12:12 Star Gate and 12:13 Divine Feminine encoding along with the Full Moon and Solstice energies this week are kicking butt. The more resistance there is, the more we will feel this way. Push-Pull, it's definitely going to feel like a tug of war going on within.

I had such a wonder-filled weekend starting with the visit of Abigail Noel on Friday and Saturday, and then the Full Moon Meditation Saturday night culminating with the Holiday Market & Fair on Sunday. It was such an awesome weekend for connecting and making new friends as well as seeing some older friends. It was great to connect with Abigail who filled the air with laughter and her unique way of teaching truth. I received validation on my connection to my guide, Jesus (Yeshua). Not that I was requiring validation, but some of the information that came through in our talks and in her shared information was exactly what he has shared with me. It was just his way of letting me know how strong my connection with him is and that it is growing even stronger. It was so very cool to connect with someone else who has him for a guide and to know that he shares the same wisdom with us both.

I was told today that I had the heart of a servant, one who wants to take care of everyone and feels the need to 'do it all to insure that it gets done.' I had to think on this a bit as I know that I am committed and dedicated to serving others; however, I felt like I had let go of that need to 'get it all done'. Many times, and even more so in these energies, there is just no way to get everything done. We are encouraged to do our best each and every day and know that some days, it's just not possible to do it all. And we will even find that sometimes, the only one it matters to is us and in the end it may turn out to be totally irrelevant. We are truly an interesting species. Many times, our priorities are a bit confused and it takes someone (friend or stranger) to point it out to us. This friend actually reminded me of the Serenity Prayer that she had posted on the wall of her business to help her customers and one day she realized it was there for her as well. 

The Serenity Prayer is one of my favorite prayers. I have also found that it is the prayer of the Leo. I adopted the prayer when I was 14 after seeing a movie entitled "Billy Jack". I was so impressed with the movie and the lead character who was a half breed Native American and the story. Today Tom Laughlin who played Billy Jack in the movie passed away. When I think about it having such a strong impression on me at the age of 14, I am reminded that I am here to make a difference. I have always known this and yet this weekend and even into this week, Spirit is showing me that my path has always been that of service and facilitating change. Such synchronicities the Universe puts before us. 

I feel blessed beyond comprehension at the signs and gifts that Spirit consistently lays before me and I know that as was emphasized in a session yesterday, "It's about to get REAL!!"

Gemini is a sign of reaching out to other people - and if you have anything to say to important people in your life - this is the time to do it. 
What the full moon signals in the language of astrology is that it's a time of maximum awareness - a time when you can step aside from your emotions (represented by the Moon) and evaluate the results of actions you have taken in the physical world ( as shown by the Sun).

Full Moon Gift: I awoke with some notes from last night's pow wow with the Keepers still fresh in my head. I was told that regarding Chemtrails and other environmental dangers, it is good to focus intention on the cessation of these activities, and also to work on clearing any physical/energetic effects. We are to continue to raise our vibration high enough to where lower frequencies do not cause harm, so it is a twofold process. I also got an email from Tom Kenyon and the Hathors in my email today (thank you Jen Reich!) which is about the same thing, including using the Violet Flame as energetic medicine which I have been doing for some time. Light Effects ~~~
We’re in the middle of an influx of light. We’re walking in the time between the ages of the Piscean to Aquarian Age, which offers light to the planet. In the last turning of the ages, Buddha and Christ walked on the planet. Regular infusions of light come from solar flares and cometsRegular infusions of light come from solar flares and comets, bringing a higher light level. This increased level of light is associated with gestalt realizations in science and art as well as philosophical changes associated with spirituality. 
Light is also energy. When we cultivate light through meditation or inner reflection, we bring in light as energy. Light amplifies everything in life, including the good and the bad. It’s impossible to experience awakening without an increase of light and the amplification of energy. This is part of enlightened consciousness—growth through realization. Part of the growth comes from the motion of the mind and feelings between higher and lower reality; it’s called oscillation. When we can “hold” a higher state, the lower thoughts evaporate, and reality changes.
As we become more conscious, much of life changes. Negative thoughts or feelings happen more quickly because the light is drawing our attention to our habitual pattern of creating what we don’t want. Sometimes, this is known as “sleeping” and points to the less awakened areas of our consciousness. It can appear more energy is required to make positive manifestations, but this state is only temporary. It passes in time as we move through tests. Sometimes, the test involves devotion, insight into habits, awakening of the subconscious, or placement of the mind, but it usually bestows gifts and insights.

Several energetic areas are emphasized during evolution:
1) Happiness requires energy and effort. Happiness comes by deciding to think about good memories and pleasant thoughts. It consists of a thousand small gestures and actions. It means smiling instead of frowning and seeing the good in place of negativity. It also involves dreaming up your life constantly so it takes a nice route. And it’s really about higher vibrations. Happiness is more than pleasantness; it implies peace, joy, and inner quiet–the result of alignment with the inner self.
2) Everyone is tested in a specific area of life. It may be prosperity, relationships, or health. The challenge lies in remembering to delete negative thoughts and feelings, take positive action, and project an image of the opposite state. For money, it’s helpful to see more prosperity flowing in. In relationships, it’s helpful to have strong boundaries, learn what we really want, express it, and see the good in the other person. With health, it’s good to imagine the state of fitness possible and feeling it. The reason for the visualization and effort relate to karma. Karma implies misplaced energy, and visualization through connection with light replaces the energy with a higher vibration.
3) Emotions are challenging as we move into more of the new energy. Awakening means finding the parts of the self that are sleeping, subconscious patterns, and internal dialog (what we say to ourselves.) Heightened emotions come as part of the big shift of changing from a lower to a higher vibration, and there are also hundreds, if not thousands, of people experiencing awakening at one time. Be patient and honest. Admit it–we’ve felt the same negative emotions for most of our lives. People and situations act as catalysts for the motion of intertwined feelings and thoughts. We can’t clear the emotion unless we admit to feeling it and take responsibility for it.
4) ) It’s necessary to live in duality to experience a physical body and spirituality simultaneously, but there are many levels of polarity. Certainly, a Golden Age would be preferable. In other words, we can refine our experience somewhat by seeing our lives and the world in a more pleasant frequency or a higher duality. It’s fun to think of instantaneous positive manifestations in the near future as well as a better world altogether. 
5) Boundaries comprise a good bit of spiritual work. How much energy do we take from others? How much do we give? When does a phone conversation start to go downhill? Do our friends listen or vent? Do they improve? Duality brings shadows and light to play in every individual. The question is: are they growing toward their light? It’s also important to note when we’re tired or energized and keep a good balance. When the light level changes often, it’s important to rest. Notice who and what take or give energy in your life. When we think about life as energy, it’s easier to make good choices. (We can’t help anyone when we’re overly tired.) What’s necessary to be true to you in relationships?
6) Mass consciousness exerts a heavy weight. As our light grows, we carry more of mass consciousness. This means the weight of other people’s thoughts and emotions weigh on us. It’s helpful to ask for separation from mass consciousness. I also think it goes a little deeper as we’re breaking free of our culture’s more negative myths and stories. It’s part of reaching a higher level of duality.
One of the challenges of the group experience is learning to send love to problems instead of worry, fear, or frustration. Positive change in the world is created through high vibrations like love and light. Send light to the part of the self that experiences fear and love to any problems in the world.
7) Seeing the good. Is it so hard? Yes, sometimes it is! It’s constant and consistent work. It means reprogramming ourselves through visualization, meditation, and continual vigilance, but the alternative is worse. We don’t want to experience more of old patterns or negativity. Perhaps, we should think of ourselves as pioneers—people who came here to radiate light when the world was so, so dark. And we’re the ones who can see the beauty and love when almost no one else could. (Did anyone tell you that you’re a hero? Maybe not yet, but the time will come.)

The Return of the Divine Feminine~~~
If you respect your problems, issues and wounds they will respect you as they reveal a deeper soul journey. If you deny them, judge them or let them drain you, then resentment breeds and the gift that they present is ignored.
Adversity is a blessing compared to getting away with being a zombie. If life has thrown nothing but adversity, opposition, curve balls, break downs, change and instability or if that has been the main theme - be grateful that it has shaken up your World, because the end result is usually a great Awakening, empowerment and a whole new perspective on life. It pulls one into the self and into the inner treasures that do not need any of the outer attachments. 
If it turns one bitter and apathetic, it suppresses the power of the human Spirit and it's ability to overcome and move forward into a grander adventure. 

Life gives us exactly what we need. Our connection to Spirit starts to knock out everything that isn't true to who we are when we are devoted to this process of transformation, so that we can be the Sculpture (our true self) instead of a blob of Clay being molded by society and expectations projected on us.
Some of us made sure that we would not be able to get away with anything less than living the Truth of who we are. This can be the most challenging path and the most liberating. 
Some of us have a Creative fire that burns so strongly, that nothing can get in the way of it manifesting our Dream and the Dream of Gaia, which is all about our Spiritual Freedom and Unity.  Our conscious mind can tend to lose touch with the larger picture and fall into guilt, regret, confusion or grief over the disruptions that brought us to where we are today - but if we look again, we may just see how perfect it all was, as we release ourselves from being immersed in the deceptions or blindly following the quest for an American Dream, that disguises the impending nightmare. 

We are the Dream - it is the essence of our joy, Spirit and creative imagination - its time to play in it and be fully engaged in the NOW and proud of all we have accomplished, instead of being constantly reminded of the so-called failures, which are actually leading us to a deeper success and victory.

It has been a busy week with family gatherings and business as usual. I have been reflecting on how very different my Christmas holidays are now versus even 10 years ago. They are more quietly laid back rather than so much of the hustle and bustle. I am at peace with the change. It suits me so much more these days. I love being with family, but in a more casual and informal way. I love my quiet time with myself and furbabies. I feel surrounded always by my guidance so know that I am never 'alone'. If I choose to have a conversation, I must only engage with those surrounding me who are more than happy to have that conversation. 

It has been such a pleasant Christmas with a hint of melancholy around it. There have been those that transitioned this year creating the ripple effect for others in the family as far as life changes. There is a sadness around it and yet I am reminded it is the circle of life. So much change in one year seems a little overwhelming if you stop and think about it. I am reminded that thinking is what gets in the way at times. Don't get me wrong. It has it's place. But we have moved into a time when we are guided to navigate with that heart consciousness and thinking inhibits that much of the time.

I was informed of the passing of a good friend on the 23rd. This is the 2nd friend in a few months time that I really felt a great sense of loss around. Both of these friends rescued animals and were advocates for awareness. The were both truly Earth Angels and Beacons of Light. With the passing of these souls, some of the 'old paradigm' passed as well. We have so many babies being born right now. Again, the circle of life. The new souls coming in are anxious to get here and be a part of the shift that is taking place as well as contributing to the return to vibrational resonance for the planet. They are anxious to be a part of the shifting into 2014 and the Light that is coming in. In fact, they are a part of that illumination. 

It is such a blessing to be at peace with life at this time on my journey. There are no regrets for I know everything I have passed through until now is what has sculpted me into who I am and my own self-realization. The last 13 years have honestly been the most life changing of my entire life and I wouldn't change a thing. I have this feeling that more of that kind of change is coming in with this New Year. I welcome change knowing that it is the one true constant of this journey. We also reach a certain point in our life when we are definitely paying more attention to what life is saying to us. I am there now. How about you? Are you paying attention? It's all relevant to the journey and at the same time it's all a matter of perspective. Welcome 2014 with your eyes wide open (all 3 of them ) and taking a full deep breath, breathing in the God Essence and owning it!!

The New Super Moon on January 1st is such a blessing for us going into the New Year. Don't let this day pass you by for setting time aside and honoring this very special gift that the Universe & Great Spirit have given us. Take quiet time to nurture yourself and connect with that 'Oneness' energy at the very heart level. It is a great way to start the year off and set your focus and intentions as you move forward into your own self-discovery and awakening. 

We have some new meditations, group sessions and events planned in 2014. We have so enjoyed your presence and support at Ervin Hypnosis Center and are so blessed to be a part of your journey. It is an honor to be a part of this community and to share all that we are gifted with. We look forward to a year of Light and sharing that Light with you in the coming year. Embracing the Identity of the Wayshower
It may be the first identity you adopt in the new world is one that has been appearing to you for a very long time. This first identity may be that of wayshower – a soul that moves through levels of spiritual development in accelerated phases. Ascension: Soulstice Rising~~~
As we move more strongly into the New, we will be challenged. We're not challenged by the Universe or anything outside of ourselves. We attract a situation that mirrors to us how we used to be in order to see if the new way of being is strong or shows us where we may grow stronger in the new behavior. 
If you look at the challenge as a test or a problem, it is showing you that the new behavior needs to be strengthened and integrated. Eventually, you do not attract any challenges once the new behavior is fully integrated in that area.
Truly, everything is a gift. As you look at all "challenges" as a gift to help you grow, you expand more gracefully and fully into your New Life. As you honor who you are now; you are in your Integrity. You get to choose...do I go back into my old way of being or be stronger in my New? ~Kara.

We have stepped through the Gateway into the New. If you had an expectation that it would somehow look a certain way without doing your work, it might feel disappointing. Know this; whatever you haven't attended to will most definitely be in your face in a very big way. 
We really are in the New and we are to take this new place of Love into all those places that seem old to you...old emotions, old ways of being, judgments, attachments, wishing and hoping...these do not belong here.
So if you are not feeling all the Love of the New, it means you have not completely released the old and perhaps have not made certain changes. This new space will help you transform where you are still attached. If you allow it, you can easily shift into the New.

THIS WEEK:
~ The Moon quarters mid week as we are pulling in and closing off from last week's Full Moon. This is the period to write down your observations of the month that has been and all you have learned. To give honour and thanks as we head into the new year. 
~ Mars and Mercury are both significant players this week, as we are prodded to stand up and find our voice. A lot of this occurs over the Christmas period, with sudden insights and outbursts being possible. So keep this is mind as you attend family gatherings and functions. The truth will want to be free x
~ Life purpose will also come in strong later in the week. You will feel the deep need to move onto your path and in particular not to wait another day in cultivating your own joy and happiness.
~ I also have a feeling the Sun will be active this week (it actually already feels like it is). So perhaps we can expect some solar flare action, which will propel our consciousness along as we close off 2013.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BR RIGHT: My 'festive season' tip is to let go of the need to be right. You may notice over the Christmas period in particular, that conversations can get a little heated with family and friends gathering who may not all get along. To save you a lot of unnecessary tension, I offer my holiday tip. When in conversation with someone who seems "to know everything" and "likes to be right" it is pointless arguing and challenging them with how they are wrong (in your opinion). 
Even if you are being annoyed by their words, do your best not to have a go. Why? Because someone who is always right is coming from their personality (their head) which is programmed to argue and defend. So whilst it may be tempting to engage your personality and start defending your beliefs, you will both simply "lock heads" and come away with frayed tempers, a sagging relationship and damaged power centres (the solar plexus) which take time and effort to repair. 
Instead my tip is to : not get drawn too deeply into their conversations. You do this by deciding that it's OK for them to be right to themselves. It doesn't mean they are right by you, but you allow them to be their right themselves by not interfering in their paradigm. 
Mostly people coming from their head are just talking to themselves. You act like a mirror, reflecting back to them what they are saying to themselves when you do not react. You give them a chance to hear themselves and then ultimately look within and possibly shift if need be. Also you come away in tact and in your power. Maybe having learned a lot of new information about yourself and the other.

You’re here having an unusual and amazing experience on Planet Earth in a very rapidly changing time, which can sometimes make all of us wonder who pulled the rug away from under our feet? 
But the truth is, we pulled the rug away. We always knew exactly the time tunnel that we were going through now. And if you look at the prophecies of the ancients, this time was very, very prophesized. 
And if you actually look at the details, what is occurring is exactly what we expected to occur in the energetics. The problem is we have been so mind-trained to not look at energetics and to instead look at external details, that it doesn’t always make sense if we don’t know what the exact detail we are about to experience is. 
So you see, if you live from detail, you will forever be disempowered. If you live from essence, the inner body, the senses, your life will start to come alive. 
And you will empower yourself.

For those who have passed through difficult or traumatic experiences especially in the current year, it is helpful to remember two essential things: 
1) Your experiences while they do impact you, are not "you" at a core level. The amount of influence that they have over you depends on your ability to be present to your own emotions and not "numb out" or shrink for them. It is helpful also to see your emotional self traveling alongside with your physical, mental and spiritual selves. Having a "holistic" model of healing and recovery in this regard, is most helpful. 
2) The talents, gifts and blessings of your soul are still with you even though you may not be necessarily experiencing them right now, or feel very inspired to share them with others. Keep in mind that we have a New Moon in Capricorn on New Year’s Day (1-1-14) this year, which in my opinion gives us both an auspicious and ambitious beginning to 2014. As I wrote in my yearly forecast, 2014 two distinct vibrations: spirituality and movement/change. I feel the first quarter of the New Year will be involved with fully processing and integrating all that transpired in 2013, especially on an emotional level. When we get to the astrological New Year at the end of March (Aries,) I feel we will be primed and ready for what lies ahead. It will be helpful in the Winter/hibernation time (for those in the Northern Hemisphere,) to reflect, pause, meditate and rest.
Another key that we see coming in your “7″ Universal Year is a greater application of what we have termed “ONEness theory.” In that there will be greater sense of understanding and less resistance to those who have been labeled as outcast, offensive or even as evil. What role are they playing in the cosmic dream? If you are dreaming it all together, what happens when you start loving everything and resisting nothing? This is likened to the teaching that states it is possible to love all of creation, even the ugly or distainful from a certain vantage point. The eyes of oneness see all manifestations as one, especially when the aspect of mind that is constantly judging and evaluating is quieted down. We know you have seen glimpses of this consciousness before. In your 2014, you have greater opportunity to anchor this vision more deeply in your reality.
