We are in the midst of some major game changing. Many of us are being pushed to make some choices and feeling very compromised. 'Pushed' being the key word here. Things happening on a global level have people in an uproar. Here in our part of the world, there seems to be a lot of 'unfair' judgement being passed that has many people in angst. We must remember that everything that is taking place outside of us is also taking place inside of us. Remember: "As Above, So Below. As Within, So Without." Everything taking place outside of us is intended to make us look within and to review what is and isn't working in our lives now.
We are really being encouraged to stay out of judgement at this time. Judgement will only lower our vibration. Through compassion we can remember that each and every life form on this planet serves a Higher Purpose for the Greater Good of All. Everything that is happening around us is intended to deliver us to the highest aspect of ourselves. We will find more and more that when something in our sacred space or energy field affects us in a negative way, we feel ill. It is in that moment that we can shift our consciousness and raise our vibration back up to a level that is supportive and energizing. As we navigate mindfully and through heart consciousness, we can snap back faster than before.
This time is about 'feeling' not 'thinking' as we move through the waves of energy that are transforming our physical being and activating dormant DNA. The Great Spirit is requiring that we use our innate abilities to navigate through the emotional waters that are flooding our realm at this time. Remember to use your free will. Be cautious with your thoughts, words and actions now, because they will become your reality in the blink of an eye. Simply stated: If not careful, you could very well have to eat your words, have your thoughts sabotage your creations or your actions backfire on you. Use 'Discipline, Discernment & Discretion' as tools for communicating and expressing yourself. Ask to communicate with the Higher Language which is of the heart. Energy is everything and everything is energy. Respect this resource and use it wisely. This is more important now than ever.
As we make important choices for ourselves in the coming months, let us use the gift of a higher perspective. Let us remember that 'It is what it is and it's always in Divine Order' as we refrain from judging or criticizing. The information I am getting indicates that there is some major upgrading up ahead. If you have done your own work and attended to yourself, you are most ready for these upgrades. If you have neglected yourself in any way, you will know it, without a doubt, and will have the chance to do some crash cleansing & clearing. Again, the Universal energies support us in every way as we move through the emotional tides of change.
The choices before you are all about you and your Truth. If you stand strong in your Truth as you make these choices, you will see miraculous creations. You will feel the shift in your own vibrational signature and frequency in your body, mind & spirit. You will feel it at a soul level and you will gain that 'knowing' that is your birthright. The 'knowing' will begin to override everything else and you will began to realize and recognize yourself as self-sufficient. While you may periodically require validation or confirmation from another source, ultimately YOU are the only one who knows your Truth and as you claim it, you take back your power.

While the following may be lengthy (as I could not find a way to link it), I feel that it is important to share at this time. It shares information about some symptoms that are being experienced now that may be unnerving to some. I have written about the frequency tones in the ears before and my own experiences with downloading/uploading; however, this takes it a bit further explaining more about the energies of now.As we glimpse into the 'method behind the madness', there is solace in knowing what is happening and why. Not that we have to know, but the Great Spirit is giving us information to help bring us to a place of peace with the process. This was part of the agreement as we moved into this great shift in consciousness.

Ringing in the ears as it’s commonly known is one of the symptoms experienced by the majority of Ascensionees; hence I thought it judicious/guided to expand on its raison d`être."
"The high frequency downloads cannot be deciphered by our conscious intellect as they stream in. We need to wait for a few hours or days and then we receive AHA moments and strikes of inspiration. This is a result of the incoming tones that we heard prior. I always get excited when I hear the incoming frequencies, because I know I am about to zip up in my evolution. Our body comprises four basic components – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual (higher self). The etheric component is piloted by our chakra system – energy centers/accumulators. During normal working life the energy that comes into our bodies from various ends: Source, Gaia, CME, Cosmic down loads, Shift, Grids, etc. is processed by our chakras thereby giving rise to a resultant complex signal (wave) called our signature tone or registration. This energy field is unique for each individual. The electromagnetic field associated to this current flow produces what is called the Aura. This complex wave is further enhanced or rather sustained by a constant signal called our clock frequency (identical to the microprocessor clock frequency of computers) indispensable in the stabilization and running of our etheric network. This frequency is of an astronomical value by virtue of the fact that it has to accommodate the signature tones of all entities/kingdoms in all the universes. This wave is also known as the fundamental frequency of all life – the Christ consciousness pilot. Our final objective on these myriad journeys to reconnection would be to raise our vibrations/frequency to eventually attain this value and become a fully integrated Christed being.:
