After dealing with the energies of 'snake medicine' a few weeks ago, this week has been full of unexpected opportunities and news. So much is happening at such an accelerated pace, there's not much time to think about it. Of course, I am guided not to 'think' about it at all. My new mantra is "As I flow with life, so too does life flow with me!" Focusing on staying in my heart and allowing the 'flow' to continue consistently and uninterrupted which also minimizes distraction.....for me anyway.
On a positive note, I will say that we we have some awesome events coming up in the very near future. As always, stay tuned for more details.
As I mentioned there has been a lot of unexpected news personally & collectively that has been disconcerting. For instance, the passing of Robin Williams as well as Lauren Bacall. The energies of the past weekend were over the top and were more than some could stand. We will see more of this type of reaction to the energies that continue to infuse us and the planet for the shifts that are coming in. I keep repeating to myself, "It is what it is!" Sending prayers of peace to all those who are struggling on the journey.
In our local community, One CommUnity announced it's plans to dissolve and cancelled the NAMASTE Body~Mind~Spirit Fair in November. I found this news very sad myself as I saw much of the community coming together through this conscious collaboration and like many, hoped that this time it would last. We have to remind ourselves that we never know what the journey of those around us is and consists of. Let us also be reminded to extend that helping hand through our heart felt connections to lift those up around us that are struggling in any way to move forward. It simply is not easy for some and cannot be explained away or even defined or put into words.
Unless we actually walk in someone's shoes, we cannot possibly know what their perception of something is or how they feel. That is where compassion comes into play at this time. To refrain from judgement and labeling and support the individual's journey regardless of how the circumstances appear to us is lifting the situation up in a higher vibration and honoring that soul's truth. In essence, that is the highest form of respect that we can truly do for anyone in honoring their journey.
Our community continues to change and re-structure; however, it does continue. No one knows for sure what the Universe and the Great Spirit has planned for our area. I do believe with all my heart that we have made substantial progress in the years that I have been a part of this community. We are raising the vibration, consciousness & awareness in a notable and noble way and will continue to do so.

Good morning friends. Since I have been asked by several people, I have taken the issue of the current Ebola outbreak to the Keepers and this was their response (paraphrased.)
As per usual, the media is amping up the volume of the fear aspect of this even insinuating that a US outbreak is on the way. Some good points to remember: ALL dis-eases vibrate at a certain frequency. This is not medical conjecture but actual fact that has been researched. That being said, if your physical body is vibrating at a higher frequency it is highly plausible that dis-ease processes will miss you. There are exceptions to this of course that usually involve karmic factors, but to assume that everyone is at risk for the latest dis-ease is ludicrous. Viruses can be treated and eradicated with supplements such as high doses of antioxidants, high quality colloidial silver, Algae/Green Superfoods, etc.
I have avoided going too deeply into this topic, but just to say that fear is a powerful drug and weapon of the non-light brigade. In fact, it is the most powerful tool that they have. "Perfect Love casts out Fear" is true, as it is impossible for the high frequency of love and the lower frequences of fear to exist in the same space.
This does not mean that Lightworkers and other workers in Spirit are to be off the "job" in this case whatsoever. Our collective light is needed most definitely. This is one of the reasons the Keepers suggested that we work with the Violet Flame/Ray this entire Lionsgate weekend to not only combat this, but also violence and discord happening in the Middle East and other parts of the world.

That Full Super Moon yesterday was something, wasn't it? The energies of the Aquarian consciousness mixed in with the ongoing Leo Scorpio squares brought on a Love energy unlike anything we've known so far. Did you experience the Love? That being said, if your physical body is vibrating at a higher frequency it is highly plausible that dis-ease processes will miss you. There are exceptions to this of course that usually involve karmic factors, but to assume that everyone is at risk for the latest dis-ease is ludicrous. Viruses can be treated and eradicated with supplements such as high doses of antioxidants, high quality colloidial silver, Algae/Green Superfoods, etc.
I have avoided going too deeply into this topic, but just to say that fear is a powerful drug and weapon of the non-light brigade. In fact, it is the most powerful tool that they have. "Perfect Love casts out Fear" is true, as it is impossible for the high frequency of love and the lower frequences of fear to exist in the same space.
This does not mean that Lightworkers and other workers in Spirit are to be off the "job" in this case whatsoever. Our collective light is needed most definitely. This is one of the reasons the Keepers suggested that we work with the Violet Flame/Ray this entire Lionsgate weekend to not only combat this, but also violence and discord happening in the Middle East and other parts of the world.

Through the Lionsgate energies you may have become aware of where your energies are not sustained; where they even may be leaked, or in more extreme cases drained. To be in one's power is to become sovereign of one's life - and all that one is experiencing in it. That being said, this also does not necessarily mean that every single thing you experience has deep, metaphysical meaning ultimately, but it may you see? It is given the meaning in which you bestow upon it by the "view" of your perception.

That Full Super Moon yesterday was something, wasn't it? The energies of the Aquarian consciousness mixed in with the ongoing Leo Scorpio squares brought on a Love energy unlike anything we've known so far. Did you experience the Love? The weekend was jammed with major meditations and gatherings of the highest order. It was impossible to miss the chance to perceive the kind of results that can happen when we gather together and join our forces. The Light was as bright as that Super Moon reflected.
The body is capable of so much more than ever before, courtesy of its new crystalline composition. Thoughts become things so much more tangibly these days, and the body has extra senses that serve to manifest the new ideas and visions that occur to us. As long as we get out of our own way, that is, detach from fear based thought and allow our selves to just BE, as we are, the new powers and gifts we have been bestowed with will emerge easily.
