After last weekend's ANCESTRAL BREATH MEDITATIONS, I have been having some really over the top feelings and revelations. These group experiences were very unlike the sound meditations we hold weekly and really took on a life of their own. Those who joined me for the experiences agreed that they were the precursor to something really pivotal coming in. I do not know how long they will continue as I feel they are facilitating a cellular shift for those who participate to enable them to walk through the New Year threshold with a new awareness & consciousness. I will absolutely continue them as long as I am guided to do so.
The energies that joined us for these meditations were very intense and it was definitely a multidimensional journey. The energy that I felt during the sessions was so amped up and the frequency was such that I could feel the new awareness that was coming in and it was incredible. It is a simultaneous release of old/past energy and infusion of cosmic energy that I feel is getting ready to sweep the planet.
The energy and channel guided by AMA was very anxious and thorough in what was communicated during the sessions and in what was facilitated for each person. I noticed when I got home that the stones that I was wearing were all heated up to a level that was literally hot to touch. I was amazed at how I could be wearing them as hot as they were.

This shift that is coming is evident by the upheaval that we are experiencing right now. As I read some of the headline information that is hitting the airwaves, the one that caught my attention most was this one....NASA brings Scientists & Theologians Together to Prepare the World for Extraterestrial Contact
Many people say that this will not happen in our life time because it would cause such an upheaval in belief systems based on the fact that we have been lied to all along (some say to protect us and some say to continue to control us). Can you imagine how the world felt when it was realized that the Earth was not flat but indeed was round? Talk about a major shift in consciousness. And the search for knowledge and wisdom heightened. That is where we are right now. While I know it won't happen overnight, I do feel we are on the precipice of a major awakening.
This month is a 'telling' month for us all. It is the proverbial 'The End' for much and many. We are moving forward in a new awareness and to think that we can ignore-avoid-suppress what's coming in is a vital illusion. The feeling I get is that we are coming into alignment with all that we have worked for so we are moving through one final sweep-through clearing & cleansing to prepare us for this alignment. All that we have desired and worked for will be forthcoming and we are guided to move into it with 'Discipline~Discernment~Discretion'. It's imperative that the ego not shift into gear and override the humbleness that should encase this unfolding.
These are truly monumental times we are in. We are once again reminded to stay out of the vibration of fear and doubt and embrace what's unfolding with heart-centered gratitude.
There is much transitioning taking place right now at all levels. I continue to hear of the passing of friends and loved ones. Spontaneous transitioning. This is a true END in so many ways. My heart felt blessings and prayers go out to all experiencing loss at this time and faced with major choices of transition on their own journey of self-discovery. There is much more available to all of you then you are currently experiencing and it is all too easy to throw in the towel, and to be upset at the lack in your life. Whereas the truth is when you begin to appreciate what you do have, then the universe will send you more. When you truly appreciate that which you have in your life be it the people, the work, the roof over your head, then you are surrendered. You are surrendered to the already existent abundance around you.
So there are no limits. For when you surrender you are too busy experiencing to build limits. The truth is there are no limits. You do create your own reality and even if there are certain areas you decreed before you incarnated which may be in opposition with your daily wishes for abundance today, if you hold your vision and keep manifesting that which you want, keep affirming to the universe that which you want, the universe will listen and you will bring it to yourself that much quicker even if that means accelerating those lessons that may be in the way of your experiencing your desire. You are living in a perfect Universe with perfect timing. It is only your ego that wants to judge things to be less than perfect. And if you will take more time just contemplating the now moment, feeling its vibrational exactitude, then you will be more allowing. And in your allowing things will come to you more quickly than you were imagining.
It is only when you are comparing now to things in your past or things that you want in your future, that you upset the cart. When you are imagining your “future” that is what is happening now. That is a vibrational reality now. But when you use that as an excuse to be disturbed about your day-to-day life, you are unsettling the equilibrium that exists in your now moment.
Sink into that now. Meditate. Feel the calmness that fills the center of your being, your hara center just below the navel. There you will find the peace that surpasses understanding.
