This last week of energy has been kind of unpredictable, to say the least. It was a very life-changing week if you allowed the energies to move through you without attaching to them. That was the challenge, of course. Not attaching to them. Not taking anything personally. Not reverting to old ways of thinking & being. Not allowing yourself to slip backwards pulling that energy from the past into the now. How did you do? I got better after Wednesday of last week; however, Monday through Wednesday was a struggle. After Wednesday, I was able to get a grip and revert to my methods of detaching and focusing on the present moment. Up until then it was a tug-o-war between me and the energies.
Many expressed the feeling that the energies of late felt like solar flares and yet there was no solar activity to speak of. It dawned on me (pun intended) that the upcoming meteor shower on May 23-24 was a big part of the energy that we were feeling as we were once again being encoded with frequencies necessary to move us into the next several months. My guidance has shown me lately that not only am I holding the energy for the shift that is taking place in this area of the world (one of many, I might add), I am also a facilitator for recharging some of the newly awakened energy holders. They call it a 'capacitator'. This is the shift that has happened for me since I returned from Tucson in February. It's on a much larger scale, yet it also explains the shift in my abilities. It has fully integrated now and now my clairsentience is really amplified. I understand the importance of this in the work I do and how it will enable me to better serve others in many ways. It also provides for clearer navigation on my own personal journey.
This purging, clearing, cleansing is still progressing and as is stated in some of the following articles and links, we are prepping for some major enlightenment. I was reminded of the fact today that this Earthly experience is a work in progress and as long as we are here, we are ALWAYS going to be living that on-going adventure. We are so blessed to have so many others sharing their experiences with us to better help us understand what we perceive sometimes as weird, crazy, strange, etc. I know that just by sharing here with you in these emails it provides a greater understanding or rather peace about what is happening from moment to moment in my life. I enjoy the sharing and know the importance of reminding others that they are not alone. The sharing helps to put things into perspective and facilitates shifting as it flips switches and opens doors. That being said, take what you need at the present time and leave the rest. If you don't resonate with what you are hearing/reading at any given time, know that it's either just not for you in that moment or it is seeding in a way that will assist you at a future time. There are absolutely no accidents or coincidence happenings.....only synchroncities!
.....at this time, many people are also dealing with feelings that are rising up that relate to the past and fears that belong to the past. This also has the effect of bringing up emotions and feelings from the personal past history again, as Timeline reverse engineering also has the effect of redirecting your personal life back into the past, so that you will reconnect with past fears and anxieties and traumas relating to fear and lack.
Archangel Michael talks often about the "New Shamanism" or 21st Century Shamanism. This is where Light Workers become aware of the need for a closer connection with the Earth, with Nature and with the Elements. When you are manifesting and creating in harmony with Nature, you will not be pulled into and onto Timelines that are created and dominated by those who seek only to use and control nature for their own financial gain. The Elementals and the Nature Spirits are standing by and waiting to assist us to create a world of Abundance and Plenty right now. This summer solstice (June 21, 2014) there will be a great ‘memory flushing’ that will force that which is not for your highest good and life path, to the surface to be recycled and used elsewhere. Look at the dark matter and the dark energy of your life. The emptiness in-between all of space is this. Earth asks to lighten her load and negative thoughts ‘about self’ are the heaviest molecules. Negativity in all other forms comes next. Like spring-cleaning, it is time to get rid of that which does not serve you. Hating your ‘earth self’ for whatever reason closes the doors to all that is good. Love what you are made out of, which is the very stars you wish upon. Take out the trash of your heart leaving room for only love. For it is the energy of love that will allow Mother Earth to heal and become more buoyant. That love starts with you.

The integration pattern can be overwhelming at times as we all seek some type of buoy to hold onto. Sinking or swimming has its own rewards as we look to the future for some answers and see only a vanilla box. The past few days, I have been meditating a lot on the suffering we create when we compare ourselves to others. Comparing our looks and our bodies. Our intelligence. Our possessions. Or lack thereof. Our relationships and families. Our sensitivities and awareness. Our gifts and talents. It is such a slippery slope. We compare ourselves and come up short ... sliding into "not enough" and the suffering that creates inadequacy, illness, depression, sadness -- you can fill in the blanks. But hardest of all, it deprives the world of the Gift You Are -- that unique and totally precious Being that is unlike any other, anywhere, ever. When we shine our light, even for a moment, it will radiate like a shining star into the universe and ALL will be blessed. And as we practice restoring, renewing and radiating that light as often as possible, I ask you -- what miracles can we not create? What passion can we not inspire? What mountain cannot be climbed?

Hello friends. Well we are in the dark of the moon phase preparing for the new moon in Gemini tomorrow at 11:40 am PDT/2:40 EDT. With an all-day moon void and a currently strong Pisces/Neptune influence, this moon phase (along with us!) may lack a certain "get up and go." That's okay. We could use a day of lower intensity IMO. Tomorrow the cosmic skies will be poppin' once again with action and big ideas. Today we can do a little internal housecleaning to pave the way. The dark of the moon is a good time to be introspective and even meditative, to prepare for the new cycle ahead.

The first two seasons of 2014 have produced unprecedented transformation within our Selves, and the most personal and the most spiritual levels. Much of this shift has occurred physicaly. Not one of us is the same as we were when we entered into this year. We have awakened and been reborn, and in many cases, resurrected. The Summer promises to take it all to a whole new level as we undertake the bringing of the new consciousness into the physical realm.
I have always thought of Venus as the Warrior Goddess when she is in Aries. By warrior, I don't mean the one who goes to war to fight, but more the one who stands up for whatever she is passionate about. In Cosmic Consciousness, the opposition is a bridge that enables us to cross more easily than usual between the two sides of any consciousness we may have. Recently Venus and Mars opposed or bridge each other, each from their 'detriment' signs, but all I can see is the evolution of the new divine feminine (Mars co-rules the feminine, as it rules the physical body), and this is an ongoing and very promising process.
Last week's very bumpy ride was influenced powerfully by the Venus Eris conjunction. Eris is the female version of Uranus. She awakens us all from within, usually through some emotional turbulence. Most of us experienced some of that last week, and it set us up for the Venus Karma conjunction that actually occurs tomorrow morning at 4:40am EDT. This is a karmic moment for each of us at the core of our being.

A good, simple exercise for those of you who are very emotional is to check in with yourself regularly throughout the day and ask yourself how you are feeling. If you hit a wall or a place of difficult emotion, close your eyes and take a moment to feel your energy body then simply ask to release whatever is not yours.

My guidance has shown me lately that not only am I holding the energy for the shift that is taking place in this area of the world (one of many, I might add), I am also a facilitator for recharging some of the newly awakened energy holders. They call it a 'capacitator'. This is the shift that has happened for me since I returned from Tucson in February. It's on a much larger scale, yet it also explains the shift in my abilities. It has fully integrated now and now my clairsentience is really amplified. I understand the importance of this in the work I do and how it will enable me to better serve others in many ways. It also provides for clearer navigation on my own personal journey.
This purging, clearing, cleansing is still progressing and as is stated in some of the following articles and links, we are prepping for some major enlightenment. I was reminded of the fact today that this Earthly experience is a work in progress and as long as we are here, we are ALWAYS going to be living that on-going adventure. We are so blessed to have so many others sharing their experiences with us to better help us understand what we perceive sometimes as weird, crazy, strange, etc. I know that just by sharing here with you in these emails it provides a greater understanding or rather peace about what is happening from moment to moment in my life. I enjoy the sharing and know the importance of reminding others that they are not alone. The sharing helps to put things into perspective and facilitates shifting as it flips switches and opens doors. That being said, take what you need at the present time and leave the rest. This also has the effect of bringing up emotions and feelings from the personal past history again, as Timeline reverse engineering also has the effect of redirecting your personal life back into the past, so that you will reconnect with past fears and anxieties and traumas relating to fear and lack.
Archangel Michael talks often about the "New Shamanism" or 21st Century Shamanism. This is where Light Workers become aware of the need for a closer connection with the Earth, with Nature and with the Elements. When you are manifesting and creating in harmony with Nature, you will not be pulled into and onto Timelines that are created and dominated by those who seek only to use and control nature for their own financial gain. This summer solstice (June 21, 2014) there will be a great ‘memory flushing’ that will force that which is not for your highest good and life path, to the surface to be recycled and used elsewhere. Look at the dark matter and the dark energy of your life. The emptiness in-between all of space is this. Earth asks to lighten her load and negative thoughts ‘about self’ are the heaviest molecules. Negativity in all other forms comes next. Like spring-cleaning, it is time to get rid of that which does not serve you. Hating your ‘earth self’ for whatever reason closes the doors to all that is good. Love what you are made out of, which is the very stars you wish upon. Take out the trash of your heart leaving room for only love. For it is the energy of love that will allow Mother Earth to heal and become more buoyant. That love starts with you.

The past few days, I have been meditating a lot on the suffering we create when we compare ourselves to others. Comparing our looks and our bodies. Our intelligence. Our possessions. Or lack thereof. Our relationships and families. Our sensitivities and awareness. Our gifts and talents. It is such a slippery slope. We compare ourselves and come up short ... sliding into "not enough" and the suffering that creates inadequacy, illness, depression, sadness -- you can fill in the blanks. But hardest of all, it deprives the world of the Gift You Are -- that unique and totally precious Being that is unlike any other, anywhere, ever. When we shine our light, even for a moment, it will radiate like a shining star into the universe and ALL will be blessed. And as we practice restoring, renewing and radiating that light as often as possible, I ask you -- what miracles can we not create? What passion can we not inspire? What mountain cannot be climbed?

Hello friends. Well we are in the dark of the moon phase preparing for the new moon in Gemini tomorrow at 11:40 am PDT/2:40 EDT. With an all-day moon void and a currently strong Pisces/Neptune influence, this moon phase (along with us!) may lack a certain "get up and go." That's okay. We could use a day of lower intensity IMO. Tomorrow the cosmic skies will be poppin' once again with action and big ideas. Today we can do a little internal housecleaning to pave the way. The dark of the moon is a good time to be introspective and even meditative, to prepare for the new cycle ahead.

The first two seasons of 2014 have produced unprecedented transformation within our Selves, and the most personal and the most spiritual levels. Much of this shift has occurred physicaly. Not one of us is the same as we were when we entered into this year. We have awakened and been reborn, and in many cases, resurrected. The Summer promises to take it all to a whole new level as we undertake the bringing of the new consciousness into the physical realm.
I have always thought of Venus as the Warrior Goddess when she is in Aries. By warrior, I don't mean the one who goes to war to fight, but more the one who stands up for whatever she is passionate about. In Cosmic Consciousness, the opposition is a bridge that enables us to cross more easily than usual between the two sides of any consciousness we may have. Recently Venus and Mars opposed or bridge each other, each from their 'detriment' signs, but all I can see is the evolution of the new divine feminine (Mars co-rules the feminine, as it rules the physical body), and this is an ongoing and very promising process.
Last week's very bumpy ride was influenced powerfully by the Venus Eris conjunction. Eris is the female version of Uranus. She awakens us all from within, usually through some emotional turbulence. Most of us experienced some of that last week, and it set us up for the Venus Karma conjunction that actually occurs tomorrow morning at 4:40am EDT. This is a karmic moment for each of us at the core of our being.

A good, simple exercise for those of you who are very emotional is to check in with yourself regularly throughout the day and ask yourself how you are feeling. If you hit a wall or a place of difficult emotion, close your eyes and take a moment to feel your energy body then simply ask to release whatever is not yours.
