First off, Wednesday, June 19th is the most fortuitous day of the year because of the alignment of Jupiter with our Sun and our Mother Earth. "Hello friends. Interesting June so far hasn't it been loves? This week we have another *power* portal in the cosmic skies to tell you about.
Friday is the Summer Solstice (Winter for our friends in the South,) which marks the mid-point of the year. Can you believe we're here already? The Full Moon coming up on the 23rd is one of the most potent ones for the year IMHO, and it's also a perigee or "Supermoon" which increases its visibility and energy.
Sun in Cancer (6/21) is related to our Mother, our roots and our deep psychology. Moon in Capricorn is related to the Father, our social standing, our ambitions and accomplishments. As you well know, sometimes these things don't always go hand in hand. Perhaps you are in a profession or lifestyle that your parents don't exactly approve of? Perhaps your parents are gone or you are an adult, but you are still hearing their disapproving voices in your head? This combined with the recent Pluto/Uranus/Neptune energies may bring issues around acceptance, success, rejection and codependence to the fore. What used to work for us in the past, simply doesn't fly anymore. If you examine your own situation, you may see exactly what I'm talking about.
The Full Moon in Capricorn is always a good time to "get real" about what is working and what is not. It's also a good time to bury things that have been long gone, but perhaps we are still clinging to out of sentimentality and/or nostalgia (Cancer.) Remember if you do decide to let people, places or things go, the sensitivity levels will be up. Please do handle with care and be kind.

The Summer Solstice is June 21st. This beginning of summer represents a time for purification, renewal and healing of the body, mind & spirit/soul. It is a time to release the sadness, fears and pains from your life. It is a time for purification and renewed energy. It is a day to see the God essence in everyone you connect with and to recognize Divinity in all things, including yourself!
The Super Moon Full Moon on June 23rd is closest to Earth than it will be again until August 2014. It will be very amplified in the sky and on our planet. The emotions will be high and incidents involving water may very well be in the headlines during the next several weeks.
So you see, this is a powerful week on this journey of 'ascension'. Remember, it's all good and there is nothing being served up to you that you can't handle. The Team describes the process we are going through as a energetic transfusion. They said think of a blood transfusion where the person has lost blood and must receive a transfusion to rebuild the blood system and maintain/heal the body. At this time, you may experience feeling drained, weary, achy, foggy, dizzy, jumpy, anxious, depressed, angry, melancholy, vision problems, extreme headaches, extreme feminine cycles, trouble with eating certain foods, skin sensitivity, light sensitivity, noise sensitivity, and discomfort on the left side of the body, to name a few indications. During this process, remember, balance is being restored in our physical bodies as well as on the planet. The Divine Feminine is assisting us in restoring the feminine/masculine balance, so anything out of balance is being re-calibrated.
There is also Atlantean & Lemurian coding that is being brought forth for calling in this consciousness. Some may even be experiencing 'flashbacks' of those lifetimes as certain things are playing out in their journey now that mirrors some aspect of that lifetime and it's lessons. DO NOT attempt to understand it, hold onto it, or identify it. Allow it to move through knowing what is necessary for the present journey will be retained.
The energy transfusion that is taking place for all of us now is an infusion of high frequency light energy that is filling the void, replacing and even transmuting all 'old' energetic aspects of ourselves. This is a life renewing process. The Universe is serving up the purification process in the coded stargates, new & full moons, solstices & equinoxes, eclipses and the unique alignments occurring in our star system at this time specifically to assist us in our own evolution. We must only have faith in the process and take advantage of those periods that are most beneficial for us energetically.
I coined the phrase several updates ago "Renaissance of Consciousness". Since then, I have run across that exact phrase from other sources. This serves to show that this information is in the 'field' and is being distributed by many channeling Source Energy. This 'rebirth' or 'renewal' in consciousness is what is being facilitated by the energy transfusions we are experiencing now. There will continue to be days when it seems very overwhelming. Bless it and surrender to it and give it gratitude for all that it brings to your journey. As uncomfortable and painful as it may be at times, think how we must have felt when we fell from Grace. What a rude awakening it was as we dove into the 'water' and emerged in a whole other reality. Now we are experiencing the reversal of this and it is much like being turned inside out. We are having this experience fully awake. No anesthesia for this process.
Working with sound at this time is the most beneficial way of dealing with these energies. Sound is designed to return our body, mind & spirit to a harmonious state. When we are in a harmonious state at every level of our being, we are in vibrational resonance (sync) with our Soul. This is not a theory, but a scientific fact. It is more beneficial than any other method at this time due to the significance of vibration/frequency. It is complimentary to all other modalities, but is a must in acclimating, assimilating, integrating & processing of all that is taking place now.
I found this week that I have accomplished something that I set out to master some almost 20 years ago. I have worked so diligently to get 'out of my head' that it is done. I was in the middle of a conversation with a friend this week and simply could not find words that were adequate at one point. My guidance communicated to me that I had in fact mastered the 'getting out of the head'. There was silence in the moment and I felt so blessed that I could have silence at any given moment without all the mind chatter. This was a challenge as I am a Leo and a very analytical one at that. I have always been a very detail oriented person which translates to 'in the head'. I find that I don't have to 'think' anymore. As strange as this may sound, it is a knowing that comes from faith of the process & of the journey. I realized in that moment too, that I have peace within. Wow, how awesome is that.
Since the June 8th New Moon, I am aware of many things different about myself that amaze me. I know without a doubt that I can do anything. I am capable of great things. As my guide, Jesus, continues to whisper in my ear, 'this and greater things shall ye do.' More is becoming apparent each day. I know that I am not the only one having this experience. I look forward to hearing from you about your 'awakening' because you see, we are on this journey together and if I am experiencing it, you most definitely are too. Allow yourself to see all that is being revealed to you about yourself and you will know your Truth.

This is indeed a very exciting time to be on this planet. If you can imagine it, it is created. Focus on the positive aspects in all situations now. Know your truth is your power. You are capable of great things. We all are.
You are infinite and you can do, be or have anything your heart desires. It is all about alignment. My work is centered on bringing you into alignment with your soul at this time and everything I do facilitates that alignment. Your focus should be on this alignment as it allows everything to flow to you that is in your heart. Everything, no exceptions. Remember, though, to distinguish heart from mind. Although they work together quite efficiently, the heart is still the core of your being.
