I have been hearing of how others are experiencing these new energies coming in. Many hear/feel/sense these energies more intensely than before (including myself) and notice that they are very different than even 6 months ago.
Last week, towards the end of the week, as we moved into the Full Moon of Friday the 13th, and the solar flares hit, the energies had an extreme detoxing affect. I had planned for a weekend of fun and sharing tapping into the energies and about Thursday evening, I began wondering what was I thinking. I began detoxing and feeling dehydrated and even though it let up somewhat by Saturday evening, I was still feeling the whampam into Monday. I felt quite agitated on Monday about nothing in particular except it was clearly one of those days that it was best to just stay in and go within, even though that was still a bit of a challenge.
Today, Tuesday, I am feeling as though there is a storm brewing somewhere. I know some intense storms blew through the Northwest yesterday, so my deduction is that the agitation yesterday was from the chaotic atmospheric conditions. Today I was feeling this agitation at a physical level in the neck and back. It's amazing how you can navigate on your journey just by being attuned to your own body and aware of the energy around you. It's important to nurture yourself as you experience these energies. Yes, life goes on, but you can pace yourself so that you don't manifest something that will lay you flat of your back.
This is what the NEW consciousness/awareness is offering us if we are open to gaining that insight into all that is US. We are simply so very much more than what we give ourselves credit for or that we could even imagine. As we raise our vibration/frequency, we become more aligned with not only all the many aspects of ourselves, but the planet as well as the Universe. It's so much bigger than we can imagine, this thing called LIFE. It entails so much more than we are capable of physically understanding. That's why it's so important to develop your psychic/intuitive abilities to enable yourself to navigate more easily on this life journey.
This week my guidance told me that it was time that I began calling in all the many aspects of myself on a regular basis to integrate all the many gifts & abilities that are within me. By doing this, I am calling forth my I AM presence that is larger than life and totally self-sustaining/sufficient. My mantra for this is "I AM harmonious with and co-create harmoniously with all of the many aspects of my multi-dimensional self as we navigate in Unity, in Oneness, in Christ Consciousness the journey of the soul." This facilitates the integration of all aspects of your being, creating clarity and empowering you in moving through your daily adventures.

What is the role of the ego in healing?
We have all heard or used the phrase, “you need to get out of your own way”, but what does that mean? Actually, this is one of those axioms that is remarkably insightful, but generally difficult to explain because getting out of one’s own way implies that each of us exists as two different minds.
Do we really, or does it just seem that we do? It all comes down to how we self-identify. If you truly believe that you are a spiritual being, this conundrum becomes clearer. If you self-identify as your spiritual self and you acknowledge that you have free will then you, as your spiritual self, can self-identify with your ego, making it seem that is what you are. In this ego-identified state your authentic self is completely filtered by your ego – your beliefs, conditioning and fears.
Getting out of your own way simply means that you as your spiritual self, manifests in life and expresses itself unfiltered (or less filtered) by your ego. In life, you will never be without your ego, but it is your choice (as a spiritual being) as to how much you engage it. Becoming more spiritually embodied is a health promoting state of being, while being ego-identified is not. Opening the Door of Your Heart
As we come to recognize the power of our consciousness, that what lies beyond perception, holds more power than what seems real in front of us, our inner and outer perceptions change. This is why as the mind begins to awaken we find it more and more difficult to continue certain behaviors and thoughts that do not reflect the deep desires in the heart.
Have you ever noticed how you can accept a behavior or thought one day and on another day, the same behavior or thought is completely unacceptable to you? This happens because the ego will respond in certain specific ways each time it is exposed to those behaviors or thoughts. If any of the thought system changes, the perception shifts accordingly. Just think of the vast ramifications this has on the way we ultimately relate to others and ourselves. It is not difficult to see that at this level of experience there is no objective truth, just perceptions of reality.
Unhappiness comes to an end when perceptions are questioned and rejected, for when we question perceptions we become aware of what we value. We discover that what exists is what we have chosen to make of it.
For although we have been given complete free will, the soul yearns for what brings it the highest joy, freedom, peace, compassion and love. And that, can only be experienced when we open the door of our heart and abide within, for it is here that we will remember our loving thoughts.
For a while, it may seem that there are two thought systems – the one we used to identify with and the one that seems to be birthed within the sacred space of the heart. But as we continuously choose to create with the intention of love, forgiveness and fearlessness, we gain power and we will begin to taste the depth that is beyond fear, beyond the illusion.
Set the intention to open the door to your heart and abide there! And from that place, practice letting go of that which you once valued. This may mean choosing to release another or yourself from the perceptions you have been projecting upon them. It may require effort at first, but with each experience of letting go, you will find that a deeper wisdom will awaken.
You will learn to trust what is birthed in the heart.

What is the role of the ego in healing?
We have all heard or used the phrase, “you need to get out of your own way”, but what does that mean? Actually, this is one of those axioms that is remarkably insightful, but generally difficult to explain because getting out of one’s own way implies that each of us exists as two different minds.
Do we really, or does it just seem that we do? It all comes down to how we self-identify. If you truly believe that you are a spiritual being, this conundrum becomes clearer. If you self-identify as your spiritual self and you acknowledge that you have free will then you, as your spiritual self, can self-identify with your ego, making it seem that is what you are. In this ego-identified state your authentic self is completely filtered by your ego – your beliefs, conditioning and fears.
Getting out of your own way simply means that you as your spiritual self, manifests in life and expresses itself unfiltered (or less filtered) by your ego. In life, you will never be without your ego, but it is your choice (as a spiritual being) as to how much you engage it. Becoming more spiritually embodied is a health promoting state of being, while being ego-identified is not. Opening the Door of Your Heart
As we come to recognize the power of our consciousness, that what lies beyond perception, holds more power than what seems real in front of us, our inner and outer perceptions change. This is why as the mind begins to awaken we find it more and more difficult to continue certain behaviors and thoughts that do not reflect the deep desires in the heart.
Have you ever noticed how you can accept a behavior or thought one day and on another day, the same behavior or thought is completely unacceptable to you? This happens because the ego will respond in certain specific ways each time it is exposed to those behaviors or thoughts. If any of the thought system changes, the perception shifts accordingly. Just think of the vast ramifications this has on the way we ultimately relate to others and ourselves. It is not difficult to see that at this level of experience there is no objective truth, just perceptions of reality.
Unhappiness comes to an end when perceptions are questioned and rejected, for when we question perceptions we become aware of what we value. We discover that what exists is what we have chosen to make of it.
For although we have been given complete free will, the soul yearns for what brings it the highest joy, freedom, peace, compassion and love. And that, can only be experienced when we open the door of our heart and abide within, for it is here that we will remember our loving thoughts.
For a while, it may seem that there are two thought systems – the one we used to identify with and the one that seems to be birthed within the sacred space of the heart. But as we continuously choose to create with the intention of love, forgiveness and fearlessness, we gain power and we will begin to taste the depth that is beyond fear, beyond the illusion.
Set the intention to open the door to your heart and abide there! And from that place, practice letting go of that which you once valued. This may mean choosing to release another or yourself from the perceptions you have been projecting upon them. It may require effort at first, but with each experience of letting go, you will find that a deeper wisdom will awaken.
You will learn to trust what is birthed in the heart.
