Well, we have entered Mercury Retrograde (June 7th thru July 3rd) and it started with a bang (literally) for me as lightening hit the transformer outside our home on Sunday the 8th and we were without power for about 4 hours. It is a time that miscommunication and interference is likely and even probable. It's a time that technology can be a real pain in the butt. It's not a good time to begin a new project or to sign any kind of contract/agreement or anything to do with money unless it has been in the making prior to the middle of May. And along with the other astrological factors during this time, it's best to spend the time observing everything around you including your own reactions to everything around you, to go within and to spend time nurturing yourself.
This Friday the 13th is the Full Moon. It's a very auspicious Full Moon as it won't happen again until 2049. No coincidence here. Friday the 13th Full Moon just prior to the Solstice on the 21st which is a time to celebrate the light of consciousness within ourselves and within each and every person, and to reflect upon the potential for consciousness to achieve its own awakening. Followed by the 7:7:7 Star Gate and the Lion's Gate of 8:8 ~~~ all providing the opportunity to reset our frequency, facilitating upgrading and more raising awareness and consciousness.
The Summer holds so much promise for the revelation of what we have created for ourselves if we are willing to see it. We have been through so much, individually & collectively, why would we not be willing to welcome it with open arms and embrace all the new coming in?? Fear of the new and unknown holds us back so much of the time. Even when we know there is something right around the corner, we will stop in our tracks because we cannot bear to leave our old place of familiarity and comfort. Just remember to BREATHE through the emergence. Although it's not without it's surprising twists and turns, it's amazing to see how it's unfolding. Remember, you are not alone. There have been so many photos of double rainbows popping up on facebook lately. With the unpredictable storms that have been moving through, we have been seeing these double rainbows everywhere. My daughter took a picture of one just outside our door on Monday. They are amazing to look at and if you let yourself feel them, it's an awesome surge of light energy that they send out. Thought I would share this about the significance of the double rainbow....How synchronistic that they are popping up so often at this time....promising the light of transformation after the storm.

I wanted to share a little about something new in my life. Actually, two of something new. As you may remember, I wrote about losing my little Maine Coon cat, Miko, back in April. Miko & I actually had this conversation in which he would come back as a black cat. Well, this weekend we adopted 2 little black kitties. They are about 7 weeks old and were abandoned at a vet's office at 2 & 1/2 weeks old and had to be fostered and bottle fed. The young lady is a friend of my daughter's and was ready to adopt them out. Now, honestly, I don't need any more furbabies; however, I knew Miko would be back quickly as our connection was so strong. My daughter knew of the our conversation in which he would be back as a black kitty, and so she text me about the kitties. I heard the name immediately as Onyx. Then I had a dream of a little black kitty that was just all over me all the time. Initially, I thought we were only going to get one, but as it turned out we got both of them. They are so loving & affectionate. One is Onyx and the other is Echo. Echo has started doing some of the things that Miko did like getting in my face and pushing my nose with his nose and like laying beside me with his head and arm in my lap. Onyx has a silent meow like Miko did. As I see the similarities in the two to my Miko, I heard Miko say today, 'Well, I knew it would take both of them to fill the space I left.' I had a short cry as I realized that was totally true as Miko was such a little lover and so affectionate. My other furbabies don't know what to think yet, but I know they will adapt and the kittens have already completely acclimated. There is new love in my life and I am so grateful for the expansion in my heart that it has facilitated.
I love feeling so connected to everything. While there are times it can be disconcerting, for the most part, it's amazing to feel that expansion in the heart as you open to embracing what the Universe has in store for you. Don't fear what's coming. Know that it can only be born of love, light & truth as that is the vibration of the energy infusions of present. It's important to focus on the the present moment and BREATHE in the now.

So much about this business of life mystifies me. I don't think I will ever get to the root of all the mini-curiosities about human nature that baffle me on a daily basis. How is it, I wondered this morning, that I could wake up in a state of overwhelm, having gone to bed with my usual sense that I was surrounded with grace. Should I credit upheaval in the planets? Or did I eat something that has the potency to toss around my imagination as well as my stomach? How is it that I can open my eyes and view my world, my life, through a lens of tension without even the benefit of a shower or a cup of coffee? It is exactly at such times that I know I must catch myself before I tumble into the nightmare - no, the "daymare" - of deception. I cannot allow my soul to precede with the business of managing the precious gift of my life while being so off-center. It is exactly at times like this when I must call upon the strength of my soul to do what it does best - take control of illusions that have somehow taken hold of me. My soul knows I am not overwhelmed. I may be overtired, but life is not overwhelming me. My soul knows that I have what it takes to see clearly, to maintain my focus, to stay loving even when I am tired. And I recognize the signs that I am overwhelmed by ordinary thoughts and illusions. I know when I have not spent enough time in the company of my soul. So today my prayer is for the grace of inner companionship. Dear ones, there are those that may only see people in the world as "on their side" or "enemy combatants." In this sense, enemies to engage in combat with. This may be caused by an extreme war-like state of mind created through many lifetimes of battle, both literally and metaphorically. In some instances these beings do not respond to offers of love or peace, as they are for the moment not in the mindset to receive it. The best thing to do is to honor their soul's path, while also being caring to oneself. Also, being mindful of the temporary "role" they are playing this time around so to speak; holding to the knowledge of their true expanded self, even if they do not see it at this time. Many that identify as Adult Indigos, Light workers, star seeds and so forth have agreed to transmute a bit of the guilt, shame and subsequent masochism that seems to have followed in three dimensional reality. The part of the equation that seems to have malfunctioned a bit as it were, is taking the role very seriously. The predominant (former) paradigm religious thought backs up this belief as it does not see human beings as cosmic adventurers without shame the way that Source/Spirit views them, but somehow as defective, in their own basic design. This is one of the great falsehoods of earth life and in our view, will be eradicated soon and replaced with the knowledge that you are all divine, creative beings of great love, light and consciousness. Spiritual Awakenings ?
If I’ve learned anything from life, it’s that sometimes, the darkest times can bring us to the brightest places. I’ve learned that the most toxic people can teach us the most important lessons; that our most painful struggles can grant us the most necessary growth; and that the most heartbreaking losses of friendship and love can make room for the most wonderful people.
I’ve learned that what seems like a curse in the moment can actually be a blessing, and that what seems like the end of the road is actually just the discovery that we are meant to travel down a different path.
I’ve learned that no matter how difficult things seem, there is always hope. And I’ve learned that no matter how powerless we feel or how horrible things seem, we can’t give up.
We have to keep going. Even when it’s scary, even when all of our strength seems gone, we have to keep picking ourselves back up and moving forward, because whatever we’re battling in the moment, it will pass, and we will make it through.
We’ve made it this far. We can make it through whatever comes next.

How is it, I wondered this morning, that I could wake up in a state of overwhelm, having gone to bed with my usual sense that I was surrounded with grace. Should I credit upheaval in the planets? Or did I eat something that has the potency to toss around my imagination as well as my stomach? How is it that I can open my eyes and view my world, my life, through a lens of tension without even the benefit of a shower or a cup of coffee? It is exactly at such times that I know I must catch myself before I tumble into the nightmare - no, the "daymare" - of deception. I cannot allow my soul to precede with the business of managing the precious gift of my life while being so off-center. It is exactly at times like this when I must call upon the strength of my soul to do what it does best - take control of illusions that have somehow taken hold of me. My soul knows I am not overwhelmed. I may be overtired, but life is not overwhelming me. My soul knows that I have what it takes to see clearly, to maintain my focus, to stay loving even when I am tired. And I recognize the signs that I am overwhelmed by ordinary thoughts and illusions. I know when I have not spent enough time in the company of my soul. So today my prayer is for the grace of inner companionship. I want to be flooded - even possessed - by the many graces of the Divine that renew my sense of balance. I want the grace of tranquility to drench my spirit and wisdom to revitalize my mind and harmony to hold the center of my heart. Today I want to let grace lift the illusion of overwhelm from my consciousness as I rest in its healing wonders.~~~

Dear ones, there are those that may only see people in the world as "on their side" or "enemy combatants." In this sense, enemies to engage in combat with. This may be caused by an extreme war-like state of mind created through many lifetimes of battle, both literally and metaphorically. In some instances these beings do not respond to offers of love or peace, as they are for the moment not in the mindset to receive it. The best thing to do is to honor their soul's path, while also being caring to oneself. Also, being mindful of the temporary "role" they are playing this time around so to speak; holding to the knowledge of their true expanded self, even if they do not see it at this time. Many that identify as Adult Indigos, Light workers, star seeds and so forth have agreed to transmute a bit of the guilt, shame and subsequent masochism that seems to have followed in three dimensional reality. The part of the equation that seems to have malfunctioned a bit as it were, is taking the role very seriously. The predominant (former) paradigm religious thought backs up this belief as it does not see human beings as cosmic adventurers without shame the way that Source/Spirit views them, but somehow as defective, in their own basic design. This is one of the great falsehoods of earth life and in our view, will be eradicated soon and replaced with the knowledge that you are all divine, creative beings of great love, light and consciousness. Spiritual Awakenings ?
If I’ve learned anything from life, it’s that sometimes, the darkest times can bring us to the brightest places. I’ve learned that the most toxic people can teach us the most important lessons; that our most painful struggles can grant us the most necessary growth; and that the most heartbreaking losses of friendship and love can make room for the most wonderful people.
I’ve learned that what seems like a curse in the moment can actually be a blessing, and that what seems like the end of the road is actually just the discovery that we are meant to travel down a different path.
I’ve learned that no matter how difficult things seem, there is always hope. And I’ve learned that no matter how powerless we feel or how horrible things seem, we can’t give up.
We have to keep going. Even when it’s scary, even when all of our strength seems gone, we have to keep picking ourselves back up and moving forward, because whatever we’re battling in the moment, it will pass, and we will make it through.
We’ve made it this far. We can make it through whatever comes next.
