First off, just want to remind everyone that there will NOT be a Saturday night sound meditation this weekend. Our sound meditation will be on Friday, June 5th at 7:30 pm and we hope you will be able to join us!!
Funny thing happened with last weeks update. I received multiple emails stating the interest in my book and purchasing it when available. After the second email came in, I had to go back to read the update as I didn't remember writing anything about a book. When I saw what I had written, I laughed out loud as it was clearly guidance urging me to write my book. I didn't remember writing that in the update and so have been having quite a conversation with my guidance about that project this week. Knowing how it all works, I know it's all in the making as we speak.
The last week has been a week of crises for some and breakthroughs for others. I have felt clearer and more on purpose than ever. It's a good thing, due to the caliber of private sessions and meditations that I have facilitated. So much coming down the pipes right now. June is going to be a great month for self-realization and actualization.
As we move toward the Summer Solstice, the energies are extremely supportive of the changes that have already been set into motion. These changes were set into motion months to years ago. There is an enormous amount of shifting taking place right now and many are feeling uncomfortable in their own bodies. This should ease up a bit as we progress into June. Feels amazing that we are already into June of this amazing year of enlightenment
How to Grow from Change
Many are needing re-calibrating on a regular basis now. This is necessary to acclimate to the energy infusions and to assimilate all that's coming in. With these energy infusions, and some are pretty intense, we are receiving so much information at a cellular level as well as receiving cellular re-wiring. It's no wonder we are feeling uber sensitive. The weekly sound meditations we facilitate are perfect for re-calibrating and synchronizing the energies. They are also great for providing clarity while attuning you to your guidance and aligning you with your soul's purpose. This is done by raising the vibration and consciousness with sound/vibration/frequency. This can also be done through the private sessions I offer.
There are influences on a different realm that are putting tension on our relationships and communication. Be wise with your words as they can easily be misinterpreted. Communicate with love even if there are no words spoken. Some people will experience ultra sensitivity as others will seem completely insensitive or distant. These influences will become more harmonious as the month progresses.
Don't be surprised if you are feeling like some of your relationships are the polar opposite of your energy. Great alchemical change comes through this polar contrast. Soul mates are being brought together for deep karmic balancing and to begin sacred labors. Always seek the higher purpose in each and every experience, especially now. Avoid friction as much as possible and keep conversations to short and sweet. Less is usually more.
Remind yourself of the blessings you have in life. Do anything and everything to raise your vibration, internally and externally. Our angels are assisting with healing and empowerment through all the elements. Invest your energies in all forms of spiritual healing, artistic creations, energetic work, exercise, meditation, and relaxation. Ground your thoughts in love, appreciation, compassion, consideration, faith, solutions, and acceptance of that of which you cannot change.
Find peace in the chaos by investing in personal time. Big changes will be coming very soon that will enhance our way of life so align yourself by acknowledging your flaws and developing your gifts. We are becoming more powerful in spirit as we are tested through our minds and bodies. The rehabilitation of the physical is key. Release what no longer serves our highest interests in a positive way and work hard to embrace the things that we know will advance us.
