I so appreciate the outflow of love from you all on the loss of my sweet spirit cat, "Casper" after my update last week. Most people that know me know just how much my kitty babies mean to me. I had one of my sweet cats in spirit, Uno, tell me once that I was the big cat taking care of the little cats which was a dream I had long before he came into my life. This was one night when he came to me in dream time and I was able to feel his fur, his purr and smell his unique smell. I was saying, "Omygosh, Uno, I can feel you and smell you and hear you!" To which he said to me, "Of course you can mom, because when you are in this dimension/reality, we are the same......we are both spirit." I am blessed to have so many of these type of stories which also allows me to know just how blessed I am with the gifts that Spirit has awakened in me.
Yes, these gifts can be overwhelming, but I am here to feel them and to use them to help others on their journey. Just last Saturday night at the meditation, someone new to the meditation had a meltdown triggered by the sound and vibrations. Something was triggered and they could not control their emotions. I felt this poor soul's pain throughout the meditation. It was such an intense meditation and I can only hope that it facilitated a shift for this person as they left in the middle of the meditation because they were embarrassed as well as not being able to withstand being in the sacred energy. Being in a sacred space/place when you feel so vulnerable and when the 'wounds' are so new is sometimes heart wrenching. The tears start and do not want to stop.
Then on Sunday, at one of the Ancestral Breath Meditations (the exclusive small group sessions), someone had a shift that flipped a switch and it was like night and day. So much coming up for release right now, especially in the heart.
This is precisely the reason I continue to send out the weekly ENERGY UPDATES. They are a lot of work; however, it is my desire to let you know what's going on energetically, astronomically, and, of course, physically. You need to know that you are NOT alone, that you are NOT the only one feeling the pain, experiencing the insanity and chaos, and NOT the only one that is seriously searching for that place where peace resides. We are on this journey together and all that has been awakened in me is to be shared to facilitate that which is to be awakened in you!

There's nothing more enjoyable than getting a message from Spirit that is completely obvious!
However, it doesn't seem to happen like that.
The language of intuition is subtle and symbolic. It can be challenging to understand the messages.
It's even okay if you miss the message. They usually come around again, louder than the first time.
Spirit is clear that it wants you to get it. Are you clear you want to hear the direction for your life?
Listening to Spirit allows you to see beyond the mundane and logical.

This is the biggest event of the week by far. It’s also one of the biggest events of the summer and even of 2015. Venus will be retrograde from July 25th to September 6th 2015.
Within our lifetimes (thus far) Venus has gone retrograde between the signs of Virgo and Leo once every 8 years. Therefore you can look to see what of significance happened in your life 8 years ago to get a feel for what this retrograde cycle could be about.
Venus deals with issues of love, connectivity, art, pleasure, pleasing, what we value, how we feel about what we value, creating culture, erotic energy, Goddess, anyone who identifies as a woman and all things to do with relationships. When Planets slow down to station retrograde, they tend to have a powerful effect on our lives (especially given the topics they govern).
This Venus retrograde begins in Virgo. Venus in Virgo is said to be in its fall; it is said to not “work as well,” meaning that all this Venus wants to do is work. A Sacredness In Everything~~~
Behind the sometimes seemingly random or even chaotic succession of events in our lives as well as in the world lies concealed the unfolding of a higher order and purpose.
This is beautifully expressed in the Zen saying “The snow falls, each flake in its appropriate place.” We can never understand this higher order through thinking about it because whatever we think about is content; whereas, the higher order emanates from the formless realm of consciousness, from universal intelligence. But we can glimpse it, and more than that, align ourselves with it, which means be conscious participants in the unfolding of that higher purpose.
When we go into a forest that has not been interfered with by man, our thinking mind will see only disorder and chaos all around us. It won’t even be able to differentiate between life (good) and death (bad) anymore since everywhere new life grows out of rotting and decaying matter. Only if we are still enough inside and the noise of thinking subsides can we become aware that there is a hidden harmony here, a sacredness, a higher order in which everything has its perfect place and could not be other than what it is and the way it is.
The mind is more comfortable in a landscaped park because it has been planned through thought; it has not grown organically. There is an order here that the mind can understand. In the forest, there is an incomprehensible order that to the mind looks like chaos. It is beyond the mental categories of good and bad. You cannot understand it through thought, but you can sense it when you let go of thought, become still and alert, and don’t try to understand or explain. Only then can you be aware of the sacredness of the forest. As soon as you sense that hidden harmony, that sacredness, you realize you are not separate from it, and when you realize that, you become a conscious participant in it. In this way, nature can help you become realigned with the wholeness of life.

This is beautifully expressed in the Zen saying “The snow falls, each flake in its appropriate place.” We can never understand this higher order through thinking about it because whatever we think about is content; whereas, the higher order emanates from the formless realm of consciousness, from universal intelligence. But we can glimpse it, and more than that, align ourselves with it, which means be conscious participants in the unfolding of that higher purpose.
When we go into a forest that has not been interfered with by man, our thinking mind will see only disorder and chaos all around us. It won’t even be able to differentiate between life (good) and death (bad) anymore since everywhere new life grows out of rotting and decaying matter. Only if we are still enough inside and the noise of thinking subsides can we become aware that there is a hidden harmony here, a sacredness, a higher order in which everything has its perfect place and could not be other than what it is and the way it is.
The mind is more comfortable in a landscaped park because it has been planned through thought; it has not grown organically. There is an order here that the mind can understand. In the forest, there is an incomprehensible order that to the mind looks like chaos. It is beyond the mental categories of good and bad. You cannot understand it through thought, but you can sense it when you let go of thought, become still and alert, and don’t try to understand or explain. Only then can you be aware of the sacredness of the forest. As soon as you sense that hidden harmony, that sacredness, you realize you are not separate from it, and when you realize that, you become a conscious participant in it. In this way, nature can help you become realigned with the wholeness of life.

The Big Picture~~~
Your heart will always lead you to connection, and connection always transforms. It is for the strong that understand their inherent ability to create; for there is no loss, only creation of the new. When you follow your heart, you are lead, transformed, to the golden potentials that you have been dreaming of deeply.
Following your heart Allows Love to lead your life. It requires an ability to trust the future. As you become comfortable with your freedom to be yourself, your courage to let go of controlling the challenging aspects of human life, and your faith in the benevolence of life, you begin to see the invisible picture that Love is creating.
To See the Big Picture, your mind must be able to look beyond the moment, beyond the obvious, beyond the pain of the past. This skill is available through the heart leading the mind to new connection. As you look, you feel. As you feel, you perceive. Do you feel strong enough to look past the pain, past the loss, past the challenge and see new creation? It is the gift of the present, an opportunity to choose. Follow your heart, for it will lead you to golden potentials.
As we sit to Blast Seeing the Big Picture, we are using our brilliant mind to perceive the unformed into the future as we look deep into the eyes (ayes) of Love. We are the oracles of the Truth of Love; that Life is a sacred journey of expanding into the unseen that is known in the heart.
