The energies of this week have seemed very heavy, like dredging through quicksand. Many have expressed lack of energy and motivation. Following the Full Moon of the 13th with all the solar flares, the Solstice and more solar flares, we have been rocking & rolling on planet Earth. There have been quite a few earthquakes in the last few days and along with the weather patterns, I am more sensitive than ever to these shifting energies within and without. There is so much being brought to the surface now to be cleared & cleansed.
Many are feeling on overload now and I remind you to nurture yourself and pace yourself. Drink plenty of water as it's important to stay hydrated as we are constantly releasing. You are likely feeling the need to sleep more, so nurture that aspect of the process as well knowing that the integration/transformation can occur more easily, effortlessly and with grace if we just allow, and sleep facilitates the process.
We are experiencing a major integration of the highest aspect of ourselves into our Earthly vehicle, thus anchoring Heaven on Earth. This is a tremendous period of growth for us, individually & collectively. It has been a great period of cleansing, clearing and major purification for the entire first half of this year. It is now time to open ourselves fully to embracing the integration of our soul into our physical bodies that will allow us to remember and utilize those innate abilities that are natural to us for navigating this journey. It all changes with this integration process.
I personally know that a huge shift is coming in for me beginning in the next several weeks when Jupiter moves into Leo for a year. It's the change I have been feeling since last October. It will be the same caliber as 2001/2002 brought for me. It is already under way and I am sure that it's no coincidence that my soul sister, Sherry Whitfield & the ancient crystal skull, Synergy, will be here a week in July just as it all kicks off in full force. I see it unfolding already and the excitement and anxiousness builds. In one moment I am overwhelmed to tears for what I feel coming in and in another I am totally inspired at the level of change that is eminent. Being multidimensional simply means that we are straddling many dimensions at once. While we still live in the 3rd Dimension, we also carry our Home Dimension and are receiving much Light from other dimensions, especially the energies of the 5th Dimension. So the Light we carry is as varied as the many dimensional energies that we receive, especially during the Solstice. If you can’t intellectualize this, all the better. Feel beneath the words. Because of this inundation of multidimensional energies, you may feel rather floaty and perhaps even a bit discombobulated as your cells and DNA are transforming to a higher form in order to hold even more Light. And this will continue.
Being multidimensional affects all of you. Your nervous system may be especially affected, so if you feel anxious (or what seems like anxiety) or you have strange sleep or you have headaches or feel wired, breathe through it and know that your electrical/nervous system is shifting. Meditation helps, as does being in Nature, Earthing, eating light and solitude. You may go between being cold to being hot, regardless of the weather. This is due to old energies being burned off and the inner changes that are occurring. Our upper chakras, beginning at the Heart Chakra, are being upgraded and our higher chakras above the Crown are being more activated. Meditating in the High Heart (the Thymus between your Heart and Throat Chakras) helps as does meditating with your focus on your Angel Chakra, which is above your Third Eye and at the hairline. For me, it looks like a star burst. If you choose to have your focus in the Pineal Chakra, this is a powerful place to be as the Pineal is the distributor of the higher multidimensional energies. Control is not possible on human Earth.
This is something that many of you struggle with. So many of you come to spirituality with the hope that you can control your feelings and hold them mostly in the "good" zone. Or, you will become more spiritual in the hope that you can control others into being more spiritual.
Control is a human word. It is to do with the fixed density that you have in these bodies of yours and it comes from safety. But it is not natural to the inner human. It is simply learned behavior that the human DNA has accumulated over the years and is now in a pattern of behavior with.
So you get very upset when you see others on your planet, government leaders, going to war with others because of control they are trying to exert over another's conflict. Some part of you knows that this is interference of the highest order.
However, you live on a planet where interference is going on all of the time. So this can be the difficulty for you when you spiritually awaken. It can be like you are living in multiple worlds at once.
The greatest gift that opening to spirit gives you is it reminds you that the body is not all there is, and neither is the Earth.
And with that knowledge in hand, the great gift this gives you as a human being is it allows you to truly enjoy the moment.

Dear ones, for those who have recently experienced periods of personal difficulty, please be mindful that this is not a punishment by any means. You are working through large amounts of psychic and emotional material, and transforming it. Difficult people or incidents may seem random or unrelated, but if you look more closely, you can see that perhaps they are more interconnected than previously thought. They may represent a mindset or attitude that you are seeking to change. Hello cosmic friends and Happy Summer Solstice! A Happy Winter Solstice to our friends in the South.
Today the Sun moved into Cancer and soon the moon will be in comfort-seeking, more relaxed Taurus. Good. We could certainly use it. After the cosmic Roto-Rooter of the last two weeks we all could use a rest and reboot. I suggest we take this weekend to do just that.
People have asked me about what is going on: well to be brief, we currently have three Retrograde planets (Mercury, Saturn and Neptune,) coming off of the tail end of some major solar flare/geo-magnetic activity. Things have been rockin' and rollin' most def. I wasn't kidding when I wrote about the intensity of this month driving some people to drink. It hasn't been a lot of fun, but as I also said in my June forecast, I have a feeling the growth and transformation will be worth it.
The energies of the past few weeks have been so intense and challenging don't be surprised if the Sun in Cancer (making contact currently with Jupiter) brings up some emotion. Let it flow. Let the tears come if necessary. We've been through a lot collectively and individually, and now it's time to release, relax and even party a little. So much of the month of June has been experienced in psychic shadow. It will be good to emerge out into the Light.
Also, do be mindful that the Solstice is one of the four major directional magical Gateways of the year and there are often grand energies afoot. It's a great time for ritual work, meditation, love and envisioning.

This is something that many of you struggle with. So many of you come to spirituality with the hope that you can control your feelings and hold them mostly in the "good" zone. Or, you will become more spiritual in the hope that you can control others into being more spiritual.
Control is a human word. It is to do with the fixed density that you have in these bodies of yours and it comes from safety. But it is not natural to the inner human. It is simply learned behavior that the human DNA has accumulated over the years and is now in a pattern of behavior with.
So you get very upset when you see others on your planet, government leaders, going to war with others because of control they are trying to exert over another's conflict. Some part of you knows that this is interference of the highest order.
However, you live on a planet where interference is going on all of the time. So this can be the difficulty for you when you spiritually awaken. It can be like you are living in multiple worlds at once.
The greatest gift that opening to spirit gives you is it reminds you that the body is not all there is, and neither is the Earth.
And with that knowledge in hand, the great gift this gives you as a human being is it allows you to truly enjoy the moment.

THE WEEK AHEAD: Hello everyone, how have you been traveling the past few days? Wasn't Solstice just so special! The energies that evening were quite magical, one of the most important Solstices in recent memory I feel. As we look ahead over the next week there is a lot of 'mental energy' rampant, so be prepared...
Globally this week:
~ there are only 'eight' more days of the Mercury Retrograde. Plenty of opportunity to get clear on how you present who you are to the world. I advise you overhaul your message and be as straight forward as possible. No beating round the bush, now is the time when people are most receptive to uncovering personal truth (and speaking and hearing it too;)
~ By mid-week there is mega mental energy so be ready for it. We will be communicating quickly and having messages coming in at lightening speed. Stay on the ball, meet your challenges and you will breeze through.
~ By end of week it's New Moon a 22 Master Day and rare Jupiter alignment all happening at once. This means BIG insights and breakthroughs are building for the end of the week. Exciting huh!

Dear ones, for those who have recently experienced periods of personal difficulty, please be mindful that this is not a punishment by any means. You are working through large amounts of psychic and emotional material, and transforming it. Difficult people or incidents may seem random or unrelated, but if you look more closely, you can see that perhaps they are more interconnected than previously thought. They may represent a mindset or attitude that you are seeking to change. For many, especially those who identify as lightworkers and/or Adult Indigos and so forth, this is not necessarily a slow turn, but more of a faster trip.
It is possible to hold an agape love for those who dislike or even revile you. They expectation is what becomes the "hook," that may ensnare emotionally. Rest in the love that you are and lower your expectations that others behave in certain ways. This is freedom.
Do not let mind excessively analyze or take apart your path and journey dear ones. Trust that all is unfolding in divine order. There will come a time when you will see how all of the experiences of your life, even the painful ones have shaped you into the wondrous being you are today, and you can smile about that. Cosmic Weather - weekend energy update, 6/21-22, 2014 ¤
Hello cosmic friends and Happy Summer Solstice! A Happy Winter Solstice to our friends in the South.
Today the Sun moved into Cancer and soon the moon will be in comfort-seeking, more relaxed Taurus. Good. We could certainly use it. After the cosmic Roto-Rooter of the last two weeks we all could use a rest and reboot. I suggest we take this weekend to do just that.
People have asked me about what is going on: well to be brief, we currently have three Retrograde planets (Mercury, Saturn and Neptune,) coming off of the tail end of some major solar flare/geo-magnetic activity. Things have been rockin' and rollin' most def. I wasn't kidding when I wrote about the intensity of this month driving some people to drink. It hasn't been a lot of fun, but as I also said in my June forecast, I have a feeling the growth and transformation will be worth it.
The energies of the past few weeks have been so intense and challenging don't be surprised if the Sun in Cancer (making contact currently with Jupiter) brings up some emotion. Let it flow. Let the tears come if necessary. We've been through a lot collectively and individually, and now it's time to release, relax and even party a little. So much of the month of June has been experienced in psychic shadow. It will be good to emerge out into the Light.
Also, do be mindful that the Solstice is one of the four major directional magical Gateways of the year and there are often grand energies afoot. It's a great time for ritual work, meditation, love and envisioning.
