Hope this finds you settling in to the New Year. We have just experienced a rather wild & crazy ride. As we moved through the 11:11, 12:12:12, 12:21-23, the energies that were prevalent made the holidays a bit uncomfortable. There was a definite sense of urgency throughout the entire month of December and some were doubting their sanity. As we have moved into the New Year, I find myself extremely sensitive to everything. Sensitive in every sense of the word. It hasn't fully settled yet, but I understand from my guidance that we are still acclimating, assimilating, integrating & processing all that we experienced in the final 2 months of 2012.
We also still have major processing taking place in our hearts. This also accounts for the uber sensitivity. The return of the Christ Consciousness through us also accounts for this intense sensitivity as we are awaking to 'truth', and the 'truth' is not always what we want to see. We are at a point in our evolution that we cannot tolerate anything but truth. Awareness is truth. Awareness also brings with it the realization that we cannot stay in a place of comfort or suppression and grow. Our Soul is reaching out to us as we move into this great awareness. It communicates through our heart that we are worthy of happiness and it is up to us to own that happiness. It is an element of love. As we come from love and are returning to love, that happiness makes itself known in ways that lift our spirits, makes us smile, opens our heart more and more with each passing day. It is a state of being.
I have been seeing a lot of coded numbers; 11:11, 12:12, 333, 444, 555 and so on. Each time I see these numbers, I am aware that encoding is taking place. This encoding is assisting my soul integration helping me to remember, to detach from the 'old' energy and to embrace the 'new' energy. It feels quite different for me. That's what is so very cool about this journey, the fact that just when you think you've seen, heard, experienced the wildest thing you could possibly experience, the Universe kicks it up a notch. It is never ending magical & mystical.
We enjoyed some really powerful meditations during the last half of December that were intended to facilitate moving into 2013 with grace & ease. These meditations were very effective in moving us beyond the chaos and clutter that was all around given the timelines this year, and the incidents on a global level that pulled at our heart strings serving to keep us in a state of compassion. Many seemed to be comforted by the gathering together & connecting at the heart level, the sound healing that was provided & the peace that is found in raising our vibration. When we raise our vibration now, within the chamber of this new cycle, we have more peace because we are closer to our original vibrational signature. The higher our vibration, the more at peace we will be. Let this be your New Year's resolution this year: to continue to raise your own vibration in service to the Highest Good of All. As we do this we facilitate a state of peace for the planet as well and this frequency radiates out to assist all that is shifting; which is everything. Raising your vibration also serves to facilitate healing, return to balance, clarity, re-calibration of your entire body, mind & spirit, and alignment of your Heart and Soul to enable you to move into your purpose &/or truth.
Meditation, breath work, sound therapy, crystal therapy, tai chi, yoga, massage or any body work, and connecting with nature continue to be most effective in raising your vibration, keeping it there and helping you to navigate with that grace & ease that we all strive for. Make it a part of you daily nurturing habit to practice one of these at least once a day. You will be glad you did as you continue to see results in your overall body-mind-spirit being.
As all of our senses outside of our 3D senses come on line, we will notice that we see things that seemingly were not 'there' before, or hears tones we never heard, or experience tastes that we cannot distinguish or smell fragrances/odors that are overwhelming or feel so much more than we ever did before in ways we have never experienced before. This is all a part of the awakening process. What we are experiencing is not going away. We actually crossed a threshold on 12-21-12 that was intended to deliver us to the Highest aspect of ourselves. It is a privilege to be here, and I can think of nowhere else I'd rather be than here right now on this journey with you.

Grace is a state of being. It is being with yourself and being OK with that. It is knowing that we have everything we need within ourselves for this journey. It is knowing that we are never alone even though we are totally self-sufficient. It is knowing that the Universe and Great Spirit are constantly sending us signs of synchronicity to help us on our way and light the path.
